Best Use Auto Parts LLC Reviews

Suzanne Smith keep me updated on the status of my part until it got sent to my house.

The website was pretty straight forward and easy to use. Got the privilege of meeting Sofia who was in charge of giving all the shipping info. Motor arrived when the shipping instructions said it would. She did great and answered all my questions. I will be using this site again.

I found a transmission on this site for thousands cheaper than I was expecting to pay. It shipped fast and Sofia was there for me over text throughout the process. Even the delivery guy helped me muscle it into the garage! This site has great customer service and and works with reputable shipping agencies

LIARS, AND THEY TAKE YOU MONEY FOR FAULTY TRANSMISSION.

DON'T BUY FROM THEN!!!!!
IF YOU DO ASK THEN TO ACCEPT PAYPAL.

I was personally extremely impressed by their service and customer service.
I have to say a lady by the name of SOFIA helped throughout the process.
Her service is first class and if this company is to stay in business it is people like SOFIA that will make this happen.
Thank you Sofia for excellently representing your company your courtesy and high professionalism was well appreciated and l will definitely be buying parts from there some more

Awesome service Sofia

They say they test their engines but I would not trust them. The engine I purchased was advertised as a good engine with less than 60k miles. I had it installed. It had a fairly loud tick in the valve train. It also had a cracked oil pan that had been covered in RTV so it was hardly noticeable. Long story short 3 months later (only 200 miles) the engine threw a connecting rod due to main bearing failure. They don't want to speak with my mechanic and they won't offer me any help because it has been 3 months..... STAY AWAY!!!!!

Response to follow-up. They never offered me a discount. I would never buy from them again anyway. Dishonest business in my opinion.

This was my 1st time using this company and I can honestly say it was fairly smooth. Sofia Bloom kept me informed on my tracking details every step of the way. She even reached out after I received my package to check and see if anything was broken or out of order. Overall, not a bad experience at all for me. Thanks again, Sofia Bloom!

It was a quick and very easy experience. Very quick turnaround. I was constantly being informed of my order which made it a lot more pleasant. Sofia was really great to work with!

We are still in the process of putting the transmission in but so far the experience has been good all around Sofia bloom has been in constant contact so i like that if this transmission is good I will definitely recommend so to be continued...........
