I had placed an order for an abs module for a
2016 Chevy equinox online on 7/22/26, Best Used auto parts was very fast in telling me when the unit would be shipped out, it would be in 3-5 business days and when to expect it by, but not only that Ms. Suzanne Smith was Kind enough to call me personally to go over the order and offer her services if there was any issues..
The unit was delivered as promised had it installed the next day, and everything is working great!

Ordered part. Sales associate messaged me asking about a vin. “ this is a project cart” I purchased off of a part number. The following day after my money had been received I got a message saying it would not fit in my car and then I would have to pay $950 more to get what I originally purchased. This place is the biggest scam. Please read the review and not the ones that are done by AI Susan.

I would not recommend this company to anyone searching for a replacement engine. Upon searching for a replacement engine for my Outback, we found Best Use Auto Parts and were pleased with the positive feedback online. The ordering process was simple, and consistent with Suzanne, she was the only positive in this ordering process.
After purchasing, we asked for a picture of the engine to confirm, and it was promptly sent. We took note of the small details to make sure the engine received was the same in the picture. Shipping took one week. Upon receiving the engine, it was not the same as the one sent to us. While preparing the engine for replacement, it was noticed that there was extreme carbon build up in a cylinder for a “30k” mile engine. Other inconsistencies were also noted and the engine does not appear to be consistent with an extremely low mileage engine.
I called Suzanne, she referred me to Dwayne to talk about warranty, replacement or return. Dwayne is extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to explain our issue with the replacement engine and instead of listening, he continued to cut me off and try to say that “of course an engine that has been sitting for years is going to have carbon build up and the only way to remove it is to run the engine.” Unfortunately I do believe because I am a female calling in, he tried to pull one over on me by not expecting me to know what I am talking about. Dealing with this was extremely frustrating and I informed him that my husband would be calling in to go over the issues and requesting a return as it seemed to be going no where. He was very rude and unprofessional with my husband and in the end, my husband refused to keep the engine and asked for a return label. Dwayne said it would be emailed over. I called back again because I did not receive the email, and asked if they will be covering shipping due to damage. Dwayne refused and became very condescending when my husband and I again tried to explain the issues. He stated the only way the company would cover shipping was if there was a diagnostic report sent over with an error code- so we would have to install the damaged engine, get the code and then uninstall for the return fee to be covered- absolutely asinine. He then asked if my husband and I “were done talking” because we refused to allow him to speak over us when explaining the situation. I asked for a manager or supervisor and he was the only one on the floor and told me that I will have to deal with him. Coming from a management position in customer service myself, I am extremely disappointed with the way he conducted himself and would not recommend this business to anyone.

I worked with Susan Smith she coordinated all the shipping was always there when I had a question. Shipment arrived on time and in perfect shape.
I started out with James in the sales department he coordinated all the finding the correct transmission pricing and coordinated with the shipping department for all this to happen precisely as they stated.

Suzanne smith was awesome. She kept me posted the whole way through. She was easy to reach and never missed an uodate. It did take sometime to get the shipping company to pick up the engine, however this is no reflection on her or the business, just a statement for others to plan accordingly. The engine appears to be in perfect condition.

I can't express just how happy And satisfied I am with this company. They have went above and beyond every step of the way. You can tell in the detail, that they really are customer oriented. I ordered a motor and got it in a timely fashion. The motor runs fantastic. Best Use Auto Parts has been better by far than any other company I’ve worked with. I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for auto parts.
