AutoWin.com Reviews

The order took a while to receive, but to be expected as these are custom orders for specific Cars. My Portofino floor mats were of the highest quality and materials I have observed in other cars. Bravo to AutoWin for their excellent quality and service.

The mats are a perfect fit and compliment the quality of the vehicle superbly - highly recommended

Muy profesionales, unas alfombras de excelente calidad, gracias por todo

Ordered a set of floormats for my Mercedes. Very pleased with quality, pricing, color match, and speed of shipping, however, I was sent the wrong mats. While I did reach out a few times and offered to return and exchange, they eventually stopped responding to my followups. At this point, I'll have to pay a local upholsterer to use my old mat as a template. I would probably try them again, but just knowing what they send you is what you get so assume as-is.

I’m delighted with my new car mats from autowin. They’re well made and are a great fit, utilising the standard OEM clips to hold them nicely in place. I’ve yet to drive with them fitted, but they look great, right? Non-affiliated, just a happy customer.

Great floormats, reasonable price and fast shipping!

Although I had a mistake with my order this was quickly rectified and a new set of mats sent f.o.c.

Careful and fast delivery

The mats are good quality and fit great! The OEM style anchors hold them in place great!

Good quality and

Belle finition , les tapis tombe bien
Le seul point semi négatif c’est que les emplacements des talons ce marque vite sur la moquette

Excellent quality, great fit, quick delivery, good price.

Great product, quick ship

matts arrived without poppers(even though they were shown on website with poppers)
emailed and was told that my car didn't have poppers, sent photos to show it did have poppers( gave up arguing)

Great speedy service and high quality products, highly recommended 👌

The order process was fairly straight forward, and the product as such looks great - actually as advertised. The floor mats were a bit more "sturdy" than the originals, but they do lie flat in the footwell of the car, so all is good. They also do not feature velcro on the underside (the originals do), yet they seem not to move around, so all is good here as well.
I would like to comment that on the passenger side mine was too long - however I could push away some cables and then the mat extended into the rear of the front trunk and it fits. I have reported this to AutoWin so they can adjust in the future; this may only be a problem for my specific model and probably does not apply to all of their mats.
Delivery cost was in my opinion too high. I'm also not a fan of pricing the mats depending on the price of a car (i.e. the "same" mat costs 3x more for an expensive car).
Purely looking at my mats, that they do look great, are solid quality and that I managed to fit them in, and not taking into account the other stuff above, I can rate this as 5 stars.

Order floor mats for my huracan sto, arrived in good time but are wider than the floor pan so they don't sit flat and the clip lugs aren't on mats, although these are shown on site, emailed to be told I'm lying the sto doesn't have clip lugs, shocking service
