Abbiamo noleggiato una Kia Rio del 2024 nuovissima e confortevole. Vedran il nostro agente (che parla un italiano perfetto) ha curato tutto nei minimi particolari e ci ha permesso di pagare in loco in contanti, senza alcun anticipo. È stato molto disponibile e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze, oltre a essere un gran simpaticone. Nel momento in cui abbiamo lasciato l'auto alla sede vicino l'aereoporto, Vanessa è stata così gentile da accompagnarci fino all'ingresso del terminal. Che dire uno STAFF davvero eccezionale e costi super convenienti. Consigliato !

Very good and fair car rental
I highly recommend the car rental. We were looking for a rental company that doesn't require a credit card and deposit because we didn't have a credit card. We decided on Avax, it was enough to buy only premium insurance without any deposit/cards.The service is very nice and contact with the agent and the rental itself was provided all the time. In the future, when we are back in Croatia, we will definitely decide on Avax again. The car we received was practically new with very low mileage, it was well-kept and clean inside. I highly recommend it, there's no hidden cost. Thank a lot for good rental experience 🙂!

Attention arnaque lors du retour de la voiture, l état des lieux de retour de la voiture est fait avec un petit chiffon et pour nous ils ont trouvé une petite marque en bas du pare choc avant et ils nous ont pris 200 euros sur la caution... Vérifier correctement la voiture lorsque vous la prenez

Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous ayez rencontré ce problème, et la politique de notre entreprise est d'être totalement transparente et de vous fournir toutes les informations dont vous avez besoin.
Peu importe si vous êtes un bon ou un mauvais conducteur, des dommages (dans votre cas, des dommages) peuvent survenir. D'après notre expérience, personne ne souhaite avoir un accident de voiture ou endommager un véhicule volontairement. Cela peut arriver sur un parking, pendant que vous conduisez, avec ou sans votre connaissance.
Nous vous avons remis une voiture neuve avec 48 km au compteur. Lors de la restitution, lorsque nous avons vérifié la voiture, nous avons constaté des dommages qui n'étaient pas mentionnés dans le rapport de dommages lors de la prise en charge de la voiture et lors de son retour.
Selon nos termes et conditions, le locataire est responsable de la voiture pendant la période de location, et tous les dommages subis par la voiture sont de sa responsabilité, qu'il en soit responsable ou non, que ce soit par une personne inconnue, une autre voiture, ou sur un parking. Pendant la location, vous devez garder le véhicule avec la plus grande diligence.
Ce nouveau dommage représente une perte pour nous, réduit la valeur de notre voiture, et affecte nos prochains clients qui ont l'intention de louer une voiture et risquent de recevoir celle que vous avez rendue avec une défaillance esthétique. Je suis sûr que vous ne seriez pas heureux dans ce cas non plus. Notre intention n'est pas d'être impoli ou non professionnel, mais nous devons protéger notre propriété et notre investissement, et facturer la personne qui était responsable de notre propriété pendant qu'elle était en sa possession.
La facturation est toujours effectuée selon notre liste de prix, développée par une société d'évaluation des dommages, en prenant en compte nos coûts et les frais appliqués en notre faveur par les fabricants de véhicules ou par les réparateurs, et n'est pas soumise à une opinion subjective sur le type ou la taille du dommage.
Nous sommes désolés pour le stress que cela a pu vous causer et espérons que cette lettre vous a aidé à comprendre le processus et la perspective du point de vue des fabricants de véhicules ou des réparateurs.
Nous regrettons que cette situation ait pu laisser une mauvaise opinion sur notre pays et notre entreprise. Comme je l'ai dit, et vous pouvez probablement le constater dans les avis de nos clients, nous nous soucions de nos clients et en sommes fiers. Mais parfois, des choses peuvent mal tourner et, en tant que personne responsable, il faut accepter les conséquences.

Simple and Painless Experience
Fantastic experience dealing with Eugen and Avax. We flew into Zagreb and picked up the car at 1.30am, our flight was delayed an hour but that was no problem as Eugen was tracking the flight.
Before arriving there was clear information via WhatsApp on where we'd meet and a video of the car so we knew what we were looking for. After a couple of signatures and payment we were off in 5 minutes. Before we left Eugen made it clear if we had any problems or questions to get in touch any time, day or night.
On the day of returning the car we were provided with an exact drop off pin which made heading back to the airport much less stressful and Eugen was waiting for us there even though we were early.
Another signiture to say we'd handed the car back and everything was done.
If you want no hassle car hire I'd definitely recommend them, no stupid deposits or holds on funds, no mileage limits or other nitpicking small print.
Will definitely be using them next year.

Per la nostra vacanza in Croazia di 4 giorni avevamo necessità di affittare una macchina per i vari spostamenti e per raggiungere ì laghi di Plitvice.
Abbiamo deciso quindi, dopo una conversazione con Vedran che parla italiano, di noleggiare la macchina con loro nonostante non avessimo la carta di credito, infatti ci hanno permesso di pagare solamente la quota della macchina e della copertura totale assicurativa in contanti. All’ufficio dell’ aeroporto di Spalato ci ha accolto Vanessa che gentilmente ci ha spiegato tutto quanto ed ha dato anche indicazioni riguardo la città.
La macchina in perfette condizioni e con pochi chilometri è stata essenziale durante il nostro viaggio.
Al rilascio della macchina di cui avevamo stabilito un orario, Vanessa ci ha permesso tranquillamente di riconsegnarla più tardi dell’orario previsto, offrendoci anche un passaggio all’aeroporto. Che dire veramente fantastici e consigliatissimi .

Great value for money, very good communication with AVAX. Car was very clean and in very good condition with no faults . Car return was easy and with a lift to departures after drop off. We used premium insurance for that extra protection again good value. Would recommend to anyone wanting to hire a car at Dubrovnik Airport.

Pour être tranquille, nous avons pris l'assurance premium, l'assistance routière. Nous n'avions pas de carte de crédit. La personne qui nous a accueillis était très agréable. Comme nous avons pris l'assurance premium, juste un rapide tour de la voiture. Elle nous a rassurés et de ne pas nous inquiéter, de profiter de nos vacances. Voiture à rendre non lavée ni intérieur ni extérieur. Rapide tour au retour de la voiture. Check out rapide et sans souci.
Nous avons payé plus cher qu'ailleurs mais au moins pas d'inquiétude ni de problème. Je recommande l'agence.

Great Experience
We rented a car for a day at Avax for our trip to the Krka National Park. We loved the experience. Rino, an associate at Axax, was extremely helpful to explain the process, walk through, and return. He also gave his number and be available in case we needed help. It was a pleasant experience. The car was clean. I highly recommend Avax.

I wish every car rental was like this
This was probably the smoothest car rental experience ever. We made the reservation online, went to their airport office, gave our IDs, paid and were good to go. No deposits (although we paid for extra insurance which was quite affordable and recommended), no hidden fees, no scams. We even delivered the car after office hours and just left the keys in a locker, without extra charges. We searched a lot for car rental companies in Croatia and most of them were demanding big credit cards deposits, crazy cross-border fees or excessive pricing. Avax had none of those and we were extremelly happy with our decision!
