New formula is terrible, why change it? It was perfect before, doesn't even do what it says on the bottle, another customer lost.

Have been a loyal customer of Aveeno for over 10 years. Their Daily Moisturising Lotion absorbed beautifully into my skin & it felt hydrated. Just bought the 'New Formula' version & am horrified at how awful it is in comparison!! It is greasy, tacky & just sat on my skin, which also started to be irritated within a minute. Won't be using and have binned. Own goal Aveeno. Won't be buying any of your products ever again.

Have bought the daily moisturiser lotion for years. Trusted and relied on this product for my dry sensitive skin. No longer! New formula is greasy, tacky and does not absorb into my skin, but sits on the surface. Irritated my skin immediately and had difficulty washing it off! Trust gone. I will never buy any Aveeno products again. Own goal for sure. Had a loyal customer, no more.

They recently changed the formula of a few of their most popular products (daily moisturiser and skin relief) to one which is objectively worse. Thinner, perfumed and added ingredients which many are now finding irritating. No doubt cheaper to manufacture, but worse for many users who rely on their skincare products to remain constant or at least similar.

Obviously this move upset a lot of people who have taken to the aveeno website to leave negative reviews. As a result, aveeno (a johnson and johnson company) are removing or rejecting negative reviews which mention the reformulation on their site. They’ve allowed some through to avoid suspicion, but otherwise even the most mildly worded negative review is claimed to have been moderated and found unsuitable.

Avoiding this company from now on. I hope something is done since it seems the majority of people who they’ve upset are their regular customers who are repeatedly spending £20-30 every month on routine skincare items.

Appalling customer service. Bought face calm+restore® gentle pha exfoliating cleanser (150ml) which simply put didn't cleanse and did not exfoliate. Any hope of a no quibble refund has been thwarted at every stage. Who gets a receipt from Boots these days? Trying to save the planet obviously is not conducive to refunds. Without the receipt Aveeno required me to buy another product and claim that one back but forget the original one. How is that satisfaction. Can honestly say I will NEVER buy any Aveeno products EVER again. By the way don't buy the above item it does not work.

The formula has changed. I immediately noticed a chemical smell and suspected a change of formula. It no longer has colloidal oat complex written on the front. Oats is much lower down on the ingredients list. They have created an inferior formulation which I imagine is far cheaper and is entirely for the purpose of profiteering. Many people rely on the previous formulation for their eczema. I am angry that they have done this. I thought it was a trustworthy brand. Please return to the old formulation urgently!

Your tv commercial is bias and predictions showing an all black persons using the product, however you disguise it on your website. I am boycotting your product and telling everyone I meet and know to do rhe same as you are contributing to woke ideology Democrats thinking.

I love Aveeno seeing people have bad experiences saddens me. But clearly it’s not for them. I have several products all lovely and great prices, from Amazon or boots. I use the baby wipes as make up wipes due to my sensitive skin.

I bout face cleanser, serum and cream. My face has lots of new spots. Red and painful skin. Will bin it. Waisted 50 pounds

I bought a jar of Aveeno calm and restore cream from boots, when I opened the jar, it is very obvious someone had used it and returned, it is a disgusting experience, I hope Aveeno can somehow seal each new product, with return policy, it is very possible the products without sealing on it has been opened and used by someone!

Opened a new bottle and immediately noticed a strong chemical smell and cream was thinner and tacky. So disappointed as I have used this product for many years but will need to find an alternative as chemical smell is horrible.

Have used and loved Aveeno creamy moisturizing oil for years. When I went to replace it, Aveeno has substituted something called creamy oil moisturizer, which is absolute garbage, with an unpleasant scent, and it works nothing like the original. Now I see there are many reviews online about Aveeno doing this switch. Obviously, this new formula is garbage and Aveeno needs to go back to the original formula.

Only cream that i would use on my eczema as all the other big creams that were supposed to be for eczema were nasty and didn't help. The new formula feels awful as soon as i rub it in and it flares up my eczema. I've been applying creams rarely at the moment with it being summer because my skin isn't too bad, which means this cream is now worse for my skin than not moisturising at all. Cannot use this product anymore.

New formula is awful, smells like chemicals and flares my skin up. Currently looking for a natural alternative, really disappointed as I've been using Aveeno for years. Also it would have been helpful if you'd put new formula on the bottle not just "new packaging".

Unannounced new formula. I am furious. The one soothing cream I could rely on. It's for sensitive reactive skin. It stings. Bin. Is useless to me. Wont buy again.

Been using for years was rich and absorbed right into skin within a minute or so really helped hydrate. New formula is rubbish it is stick tacky and leaves an annoying film over skin it just feels horrible and doesn’t do the job no matter how much you put in does not hydrate and just gets more filmy. It’s thinner ad doesn’t leave a nice clean feeling like before. Won’t be buying again. Feels just dirty on my skin like the rest of the other cheap lotions.

I just purchased the dry skin relief moisturiser and disappointed to note the packaging and most importantly the formula has changed. It is now quite light and greasy in comparison and doesn't absorb instantly as it used to. Will not be buying again.

Best cream for dry skin I've ever used, struggled for years woth dry skin on my nose and forehead after 2 days skin has learned up lovely
