Après une semaine passée dans cette clinique, je ne peux que partager mon entière satisfaction ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli par une équipe professionnelle et chaleureuse, toujours à l’écoute et bienveillante. Un immense merci à Derya, ma traductrice, qui a été présente à chaque étape de mon séjour. Sa gentillesse, son dévouement et son soutien avant et après l’opération ont été inestimables. Grâce à elle, tout s’est déroulé en toute sérénité.

Les soins sont de grande qualité, le personnel aux petits soins, et l’accompagnement est vraiment au top. Je recommande cette clinique sans hésitation à ceux qui recherchent un service impeccable et une prise en charge humaine et rassurante.

After losing weight and having loose skin under my neck I decided to have a neck lift. I looked into different hospitals in turkey, but this hospital provided the quickest and easiest to understand response. I am happy I chose avicenna International hospital, as from the moment I arrived in turkey everything was made so simple for me as a lone traveller to understand, from meeting the driver and getting me to the hospital to speaking with staff and arrangements at the hotel. The surgeon at the hospital is an amazing surgeon, and the nurses were so hard working, nothing was any trouble for them and they never complained, even the cleaning staff were helpful. If anyone couldn't speak to me in English they made sure to use Google translate. It couldn't have been done at all without the help and organiser yousef, he always made sure I was never late for any appointments and that I got to the airport in time for my flight home. Even my aftercare was good they really make sure you are fit to leave the hospital before they discharge you. 100% recommended this company to anyone who needs any type of medical treatment.

Am fost internați la Avicenna cu băiatul meu ,Claudiu ce avea o definiție de sept foarte urâtă el nu putea respira deloc pe nas ,de la o lovitura a avut si nasul rupt,deasemenea a făcut și rinoplastie...suntem foarte mulțumiți de Prof. Dr. İbrahim Ethem Poyrazoğlu ,a făcut operația cu succes ,este un medic nemaipomenit,mulțumim din inimă..Dar mulțumim enorm de mult si d-nei Gina Topçu ce a fost mereu alături de noi,a avut mare grija sa nu ne lipsească nimic, apreciem mult efortul ei,și grija sa iubitoare față de fiecare pacient 💝dacă va fi nevoie vom reveni cu drag la acest spital deoarece tot personalul este nemaipomenit 🥰Recomandam cu încredere acest spital

Ich habe mich in der Avicenna Klinik einer Schlauchmagen OP unterzogen. Die Ärzte sowie die Schwestern waren alle sehr nett, haben bei Fragen und Problemen sofort reagiert und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Ebenso wie Asya welche für mich gedolmetscht hat. Sie war ebenso den ganzen Aufenthalt und auch darüber hinaus für mich da :)

I went to get my laser eye surgery. I was reluctant as eyes are very sensitive part of our body. I had great experience with Avicenna hospital and it's staff. The doctor Yasin Yelmiz, consultant Yousaf very professional, very friendly, very helpful and did not charge me anything until I was fully satisfied with the service and treatment.
Doctor and assistant was available 24/7 for any questions and help.
I highly recommend this hospital for all sorts of treatments.

Excellent service, great team, professional environment, amazing and next level treatment from Mr Joseph & John, they both were very friendly, very helpful and the last but not least the Hospital facilities were fully equipped. Clean tidy environment. I m 100% satisfied and will recommend you all.

Such a great experience. I had an otoplasty done at Avicenna Hospital which went so so well I am so pleased with how the surgery went and the aftercare. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Joseph was very helpful and anytime I needed anything he was always there helping me throughout with any questions or worries I had. Amazing service would defiantly recommend

My experience was very good & i felt very comfortable. Joseph was also very very helpful and polite , he was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was always ready to help whenever i needed anything and was honestly just such a kind person. I would definitely recommend this hospital to everyone.

Прием прошел профессионально, все четко и грамотно, все выслушала , для начала прописала нужное лечение без всяких дорогостоящих процедур . Цены в клинике адекватные, ни как во многих клиниках Стамбула космические особенно для иностранцев !

I booked my hair implant a year ago with translator omer he knew what he was talking about he explained the precess l arrived at the airport all transport and accommodation was provided throughout my stay in hotel. I had my hair transplant the next day the staff at the hospital very professional and friendly and helpful specifically pinar the girl who speaks very good English one with the curly hair and l keep forgetting her name SORRY ayse, gul staff were extremely helpful and the after care you can not fault absolutely perfect treatment and l decided to have a eyes surgery l had lense implant which went so well l no longer need glasses for reading and driving I'm so happy that l have received perfect treatment from avicenna hospital l would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone who needs any treatment

Uzun araştırmalar sonucunda Avicenna Hastanesi'nde saç ekim işlemimi yaptırmaya karar verdim. Bu kararı vermemde bana gösterilen ilgi, alaka etkili oldu. Tüm sorularıma tatmin edici cevaplar aldım. Süreç başladıktan sonra ne kadar doğru bir karar verdiğimi birkez daha anladım. Tüm çalışanlara öncelikle güler yüzleri sonra da profesyonellikleri için çok teşekkür ederim. Great Experience
I stayed for a week to get a rhinoplasty job done. The staff and doctors are kind and helpful. The hospital is hygienic and clean. The price isn’t even that bad and affordable. I also stayed a day in the hospital and they were very generous. There was a 24/7 translator (Joseph)and was so kind and it was so easy to communicate . Transposition was included for every where I needed to go. And also give the whole overall result 5 stars

Nu mai stati pe gânduri, mergeți cu toată încrederea,eu am făcut operație de micșorare, doamna Elisabeta m-a încurajat foarte mult, personalul împreuna cu domnul doctor Osman foarte atenți,eu am fost fără însoțitor și am fost îngrijită ca și cum as fi făcut parte din familia lor!Va mulțumesc din suflet pentru toata atenția acordată !

Since I live in the UK and know that to have plastic surgery in another country can be really frightening, I just wanted to write this review in the hopes that it may be of great assistance to anyone considering having it done in Turkey. Almost fifty coordinators from Turkey contacted me when I started looking for a plastic surgeon online last year for a face lift and rhinoplasty plastic. However, out of all those coordinators, Joseph was the only one who caught my attention because he was very clear about the procedure, explaining each step in detail. He also always responded to my messages very quickly, regardless of the time, because time zones in the UK differ. Along with all the before and after photos, he sent me a list of doctors. I made the decision to go ahead and schedule my daughter's for rhinoplasty and myself for face lift, brow lift, nose lift, and lip lift. I sent Joseph a confirmation after booking my flight. I thought the pricing of our operation was excellent, and he sent me a list of five-star hotels with breakfast that I could select from for nine days. He arranged for all of my taxis from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the hospital during our time in Turkey. On January 1st, we travelled to Turkey, and a taxi was waiting for us outside the airport. I can't express how at ease my daughter and I felt after meeting Dr Caner Kaya, Joseph, on January 2nd. When the Dr Caner Kaya saw my daughter, she requested a very natural-looking rhinoplasty. He listened to her well, and after examining her face, he gave her a complimentary chin fat injection, which made her very happy because she had wanted chin fillers after her nose job. After her procedure, she was brought to her room where Dr Caner waited until my daughter was comfortable and the anastasia was wear off, along with the nurses John and Joseph, our other coordinators. Then came the time for my operation, and Dr Caner was really early with Joseph again. He listened to me and what I wanted, and after the consultation, he said I didn't need a lip lift, which cost an additional $750. I liked that this increased my trust in him because I now know that he is considering his patients' best interests rather than just making money. Dr Caner, Joseph, John, and a few of the nurses were all around me to make sure I was okay and recovering from Anastasia when I came out of the operating room. The hospital's nurses were very helpful, and we always had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on time. I even asked them to bring me only soup and soft vegetable yoghurt because I had trouble chewing, and they were happy to make sure I had lunch and dinner the way I wanted. After giving us all the prescription drugs we required, Joseph had taxi waiting for us to take us to our hotel. The hotel personnel was really friendly, and the breakfast was buffet so we could chose what to eat. We had everything we needed, TV to watch so we wouldn't get bored. We visited Dr Caner the day before we left, and he made sure everything was in order before we returned home. He also gave us all the information and paperwork we needed to bring to the airport, and my daughter was overjoyed when her nose cast was taken off and she saw herself for the first time. I am also overjoyed and grateful for my procedure. Even today, 20 days after my surgery, Joseph constantly gets in touch with me to check on me and see how I'm recuperating. He answers all of my enquiries promptly. I heartily endorse Joseph; he is a very charming coordinator. John is a very helpful coordinator, and the Dr Caner Kaya in particular is very professional, compassionate, and considers his patients' needs rather than just money.

Just had a great experience with having surgery with these guys I could have not asked for better patient experience from start to finish all of our needs and more were met I can honestly say there was not one thing these guys didn’t go above and beyond both me and my mother had surgery and are both extremely happy with the results 10/10 service and I would definitely recomend to anybody unsure Omar (our guide) was 100% reliable and eager to leave us happy great at his job wit would have not been the same without him

We were extremely nervous entering the unknown. However Omar our amazing translator made our stay as smooth as butter. From the start the answers to all
Concerns via messages before we arrived. To all out many taxi transport to and from the hospital/ hotel. Omar was friendly calm and knowledgeable and obviously an asset to the Hospital. The Hair Transplant service was professional and the surgeon for my surgery was in hand when needed, and at one point carried my suitcase. The Dentist was like something I’ve never experienced before. Completely competent, skilled while listening to Bruno Mars. So cool. I have to say this experience has highlighted just how much the UK NHS and Dentist are failing the UK citizens. I would go again if needed in a heartbeat. The highlight was Omar out translator.
