This hospital was a really great experience. The staff was efficient and kind and I really appreciated the translations offered. And I left the hospital feeling much better than when I arrived.

Nach 6 Monaten nach der Operation (Dr.Serol Engejoglu) kann ich eindeutig sagen, dass ich mit dem Ergebnis nicht zufrieden bin: Die Narben an den Ober- und Unterlidern, mit Ausnahme des linken Oberlids, haben sich bis heute nicht geglättet; die Nasolabialfalten sind nicht kleiner geworden, die Falten in den Mundwinkeln sind unverändert geblieben, und es gibt auch Faltenwürfe. Die Narben entlang des Haaransatzes reichen bis in den Nacken. Ich habe noch nie eine so schreckliche Narkose erlebt. Die Dolmetscherin (Zulejha) ließ meine letzte Frage unbeantwortet

Omar my liaison person from start to finish was amazing he answered all my questions quickly and effienctly He was always there on the phone when I arrived and when I was in the the taxi making sure I was settled. Above and beyond available he arranged different food for me got me charger ( silly me forgot mine) when I went home my chin wasn’t perfect so I sent pictures to Omar he consulted with the surgeon who suggested more liposuction ,there was no issue with me returning to correct at no extra cost something
you find very difficult to get in Ireland . Again Omar was available to translate and assist in any way to make me feel comfortable and safe. Nursing and cleaning staff were also lovely , accommodating and friendly even with little English . In conclusion don’t worry about going to this hospital you’ll be well looked after by all, especially Omar .

I was very apprehensive about looking to get this surgery done in another country due to the negative stories posted by the press in the UK but the enormous difference in prices made it difficult not to look further into this.
As I am a Nurse myself I decided to do some background research into the Avicenna hospital and I felt reassured by my findings, I made contact with them and I was appointed an international customer relations manager called Omar who made sure from my first conversation with him to arriving in Istanbul ran as smoothly as possible. Omar was very responsive, he was able to answer all of my queries and he was prompt and responsive (even on the weekends which were his non-working days). When I arrived at the hospital I was taken to the ward (on level 3) and my room was very clean and spacious and my pre-surgery checks were very thorough.
My surgeon was Dr Caner Kaya and I had spent time researching his registrations and education beforehand to ensure he was certified to perform cosmetic surgery. Dr Kaya was very thorough and very professional throughout which gave me peace of mind, he appeared to be very experienced.
All of the Nurses and Carers/Porters on the ward delivered an exemplary gold standard service, even though they were not all able to speak English they would smile when they came into my room and blow kisses to me for comfort which was lovely and made me feel at ease. They were always on time with all of my medications, IV fluids and blood pressure checks and they came regularly throughout the day and night to clean my room. The ward staff delivered an amazing and very high standard of care all of the time.
Omar was always available when I needed him as he would translate conversations when required and he also checked on my frequently, when Omar finished work for the day a man called John took over his shift and he was also very responsive and professional.
In terms of the results from the surgery I could not be more pleased with the outcome and the aftercare that I have received so far.
Every single person that has been involved in my experience has treated me with dignity and respect and words cannot express the exceptional service that they all provided.
The Avicenna hospital it's self is an actual hospital and it is the same as what a private hospital in the UK would be like so should you need any further checks or tests before or after surgery then all professionals and services can be utilised during your stay. I required a chest x-ray and a consultation with a respiratory consultant whilst I was there which was done in the hospital, I also had an ultrasound scan on my breasts and the additional checks that were required were included in the price.
Overall I have had a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone wanting to have cosmetic surgery abroad as they are very focused on patient safety and positive outcomes.

I came from Chicago, IL, and began my pre-operation check-up on the second day of my arrival. The surgery was performed that same day, and everything went smoothly. I would like to give special thanks to Brother Arnaud and John for their constant communication and support throughout the entire process. I’m also especially grateful to Professor Gamal. I was genuinely treated like family from start to finish.

The quality of care was exceptional. The staff were professional, kind, and attentive. The cost of my procedure was $3,000, which is very reasonable compared to the $16,000 estimate I received from the University of Iowa Hospital in the United States.

I recently underwent liposuction and fat transfer in Turkey at avicenna hospital, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the moment I arrived, Dr Joseph and his team made me feel completely comfortable and cared for.

Joseph was incredibly professional, compassionate, and thorough he explained everything clearly and made sure I was fully informed at every stage. The clinic was clean, modern, and highly organized, which gave me even more confidence in the process.

The procedure was done by Dr Caner Keya and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. His attention to detail and skill really show in my results. Everything looks super natural and well-balanced exactly what I was hoping for. I feel so much more confident and comfortable in my own body now. I’ll definitely be coming again.

What really stood out was the aftercare. I was never left guessing Dr Joseph and the team were always available for questions and follow up, making my recovery smooth and stress free.

Im Januar 2025 habe ich eine Halsstraffung in der Klinik durchführen lassen. DIe Beratung und Betreuung wurde im Vorfeld von Frau Bircan in Oberhausen Deutschland durchgeführt, wo ich mich von vorne an gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe.
Nach der Operation den Abschwellungen und fast fünf Monate später bin ich mit dem Ergebnis nicht zufrieden. Unter dem Kinn hängen lechts und links wie zwei Bäckchen was ich auch auf Bildern festgehalten habe und an Frau Bircan weitergeleitet habe. Sie hat sich sehr bemüht den Kontakt mit der Klinik herzustellen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Operateur ist eingesehen worden, dass eine Revision Operation notwendig ist. Ein erneuter Besuch nach Istambul ist für mich nicht mehr möglich. Die versprochene Aussage im Vorfeld, dass hier in Deutschland auch nach der Operation die medizinische Betreuung gegeben ist stimmt nicht mehr! Und dass ist ein Problem was mit zusätzlichen Kosten und Ärger für mich verbundenen ist. Alle Kontakte nach Deutschland existieren nicht mehr und somit fühlt man sich allein gelassen.

Я приезжала на операцию на семь дней по подтяжке груди, лица и шеи в клинику AVICENNA. Меня встретили в аэропорту и доставили до больницы, сразу оформили и доставили в уже заранее приготовленную палату. Все это время я была на связи с русскоговорящими координаторами, все было переведено на русский язык что вообще не вопросов не сомнений никаких не оставляло. На утро пришло врач представился и все подробно объяснил, рассказал и все подробно переводилось на русском языке. В тот же день мне сделали узи, взяли все анализы и в этот же день сделали мне операцию. Все дни я находилась под наблюдением врачей и медперсонала. Очень хороший уход, вкусная еда, все по высшему классу и очень добрый и приятный персонал. После 4 дней в клинике меня выписали и сразу поместили в хороший отель находящийся рядом с клиникой, я была просто в восторге! Там я была еще 3 дня, после врач меня еще раз осмотрел и дал разрешение лететь снова назад домой. Результат меня просто поразил, доктор исполнил мою долгожданную мечту. Он сделал из моей ранее очень не красивой и деформированной груди просто так как я и представить не могла, в чем я выражаю огромную благодарность и советую всем у кого есть мечта обращаться в клинику Avicenna. Они отвечают очень быстро на запрос и не нужно долго ждать, сразу отвечают на все вопросы и очень доступные цены и волшебные результаты. Мне в общем все понравилось! Я не только осуществила мою мечту, но еще посмотрела этот замечательный город и отдохнула душевно. В общем эта поездка была невероятно счастливой. I had an incredible experience at this hospital. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. I would especially like to mention Derya — she is truly a trustworthy and honest person, absolutely amazing, attentive, and always there to make sure we felt supported and well cared for. The level of care and attention we received was beyond anything I expected. The support we got throughout the process was simply wonderful. I genuinely recommend this place without hesitation!

I've been here twice for surgery and by far the best hospital I've ever been too. All the staff are amazing and Joseph goes out his way to help you in everyway possible and the after care even when your home is amazing always checking in to see how the healing is going.

I booked my daughter in for Otoplasty surgery in December 2024 mainly due to the knowledge, attentiveness and helpfulness of Joseph Arnaout. Nothing was too much, and every single one of our concerns and questions was answered with patience and showed great knowledge. The initial consultation, surgery booking, procedure and aftercare went extremely smoothly and we were very pleased with the outcome. The skills of Dr Caner Kaya are exemplary and his manner of explaining to us and our daughter was brilliant. We are so pleased with how his skills have improved my daughters self confidence. We are very grateful for his expertise.

Hi, I have an abdominoplasty done in January, this year. All I can say îs that I feel well and I look great. Thanks to Doctor Caner Kaya, an awsome surgeon and an artist of shape. I want to thank to the anesthesiologist, a lovely Lady. I am ashamed I don't know her name. Thanks to the whole team and a special reverence for Mrs Gina, my interpreter.

I had upper and lower eyelid surgery , Joseph was amazing from start to finish , he was extremely thoughtful, explained everything to me every step of the way he was a star throughout, in fact if he had not been there to help me I do not know what I would have done !! Excellent service, professional team. we went to Istanbul from Boston for My mom's face lift surgery with Dr. Cancer Kaya, he and his team were very professional, also we have to say thank you to Ms.Bourchin, she was always uncalled when we needed her.
