I had my tummy tuck done in this hospital last week with Dr Caner. From day one till now the service was and is amazing. All of the hospital staff were amazing with answering all my questions and trust me i had lots of them, getting everything quick and nicely done, staff was nice and polite helping with anything I needed. Transport from-to hospital/Hotel/ Airport was good the driver helped me with all the luggage after the surgery. I was with my little one and everyone treat and make her feel welcome some of the staff even came to play with her few times. They also advised me see my gp about my white blood cells as they found out they are really low. I really do appreciate help from the amazing guy called Joseph! This guy is amazing no matter what my question/problem was he was answering my texts and calls no matter what time it was. I don't speak or understand Turkish at all so he was the one helping me with that. He explained/ translated everything clearly and he always checked if I understands everything clearly and If I got any questions. The doctor himself was nice and polite he even start talking about my and his kids just to keep my mind busy. The atmosphere was really pleasant before and after the surgery. I had some check ups and appointments to change the bandages on my tummy, I got lots of medication, pain killers and creams to put on. I been explained everything clearly and I feel so welcomed in the hospital. For the price I paid omg its so worth it and I will 100% recommend any surgeries to be done in this exact hospital as my experience was amazing. Even after coming back to UK I still have a contact with Mr Joseph checking if everything is okay. I do appreciate all the workers from this hospital and thank you so much for all your help!

Tuve mi cirugía de implante de silicona en el Hospital Avicenna con el Dr. Caner Kaya (Plastic Surgery) y fue una experiencia excelente. Desde el principio todo fue muy organizado y profesional. El hospital tiene una infraestructura impecable y un equipo muy atento.
Mi asistente médico Joseph Arnaout fue excepcional, siempre presente antes, durante y después de la cirugía. Mi traductora cubana también fue muy amable y me ayudó en todo momento.
Estoy muy feliz con el resultado y recomiendo el Hospital Avicenna al 100 %.

I had my breast implant surgery at Avicenna Hospital with Dr. Caner Kaya (Plastic Surgery), and it was an excellent experience. Everything was very organized and professional from the start. The hospital has great facilities and a very attentive team.
My medical assistant Joseph Arnaout was outstanding — always there before, during, and after the surgery. My Cuban translator was also very kind and helpful throughout the process.
I’m extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Avicenna Hospital to anyone looking for professionalism, care, and quality results.

Going abroad for surgery is always going to be a terrifying concept however I cannot fault this process in anyway.
I reached out to Joseph, Dr Caner Kayas co-ordinator originally as I wanted some advice on what I needed to have done to my breasts.
From the day I messaged to today (12 days post surgery) he is still wonderful. Communicative, informative and incredibly caring.

The pre assessment was so thorough giving me the chance to meet many people from the hospital to check I was safe for the surgery including a neurosurgeon due to previous surgery. And then meeting Dr Kaya, I originally was also booked in for liposuction however the dr said he wouldn’t do it as I would be disappointed with the results and may have lose skin which built my trust instantly. A lot of doctors may have just done it for the extra money but he said no which i think is so important.
The hospital itself was amazing. Clean and all the staff were so kind and caring despite the language barrier (in the evenings this could be difficult as the patient coordinators don’t work so make sure you take a companion to help with google translating if need be). The surgery itself was a huge success and the same day I was up walking down the corridor despite the inevitable pain. The day after I got sent home from the hospital I felt very unwell with dizziness, chest pains and numbness in my hand, I returned back and they couldn’t have been more helpful sending me for blood tests and an X-ray which completely put my mind at rest.
The hotel is also just a 3 minute walk away making life incredibly easy and the Joseph sorted changing me to a suite room so I’d be more comfortable.

I really cannot fault the whole process and although yet to see the final result, am impressed with how I am healing so far so thank you so much to all of the team who made my experience what it was! If you’re thinking of booking with them know that your safety and happiness will come first.

I have to say, Joseph & Dr Cana Kayer was outstanding very professional & super supportive. I travelled from the UK alone for surgery. Joseph from the 1st day of contact was patient very informative & showed empthay. I had contacted so many Coordinators for different hospitals & surgeons, but always was drawn back to Joseph & Dr Kayer. It's very important to do full research on all the doctors you contact. Dr Cayer was my 1st choice & Joseph just made the decision very easy for me. There was no pressure from him at all & showed care from start to finish of my journey. It was so scary but Joseph had my back always. I would highly recommend Dr Kayer he is amazing & although am only 3 wks post op I can see the amazing result such a life changing experience. Thanks Joseph Dr Kayer & Avicenna for my experience. I am planning on returning for further surgery & wouldn't choose any one else.

Travelling to istanbul for Bilateral arm lifts, was very scarey, been so far from home - Victoria Australia. But from the pick up to the drop off at the airport, I felt well looked after. Staff and my Dr were very ptofessional and caring at Avicenna Hospital. I can't thank Joseph enought for the organising behind the scene to organise transport, appointments, translation services, and going through all the paper with me, and post-op services, without him the whole experience would have been overwhelming, but other than the usual butterflies preop, I felt well looked after, Joseph was always a phone call away and always answered my questions in a timely manner, would consider Avicenna Hospital and Joseph's services again

Die Ärzte waren gut, aber die Beratung hat mir nicht alles erzählt. Das die OP lange Zeit dauert und sehr schmerzhaft ist.
Ausserdem sind die meine Kilos zurückgekommen. Hab Fettabdaugung mschen lassen. Sinnlose Schmerzen und Geld ausgegeben

Я сделала в Avicenna International Hospital операцию. К сожалению, результат оказался нулевым .
В итоге — деньги взяли, операцию сделали неправильно, а пациент остался один на один с проблемой. Чувствую себя обманутой. Я теперь не могу доверять турецкой медицине. Очень разочарована и не рекомендую эту клинику для пластической хирургии.

Fantastic service from start to finish, even now back in the UK Joseph and Eggya are still messaging and checking in on us we had upper bleph and face lift no bruising whatsoever and even though still swollen and stitches our results are unbelievable highly recommend Canyer (I think that’s correct spelling) our surgeon at Avicenna
