I’ve had Yusuf as my primary translator/organizer whenever I go to Turkey to have a hair transplant. He was recommended to me originally by a friend in Chicago who had her hairline lowered at this clinic. Although I was a bit skeptical at first, given the affordability of the procedure and it being in a foreign country, Yusuf made sure everything was prepared for me and organized properly ahead of time. I had a great experience. Was picked up in a nice taxi from the clinic to my hotel then to the clinic where my condition was examined and doctors gave me my diagnosis on how I should proceed to restore my hairline. They were honest and upfront with me from the beginning and ensured I am in agreement and full understanding of what I am getting. After the procedure I was explained in detail by Yusuf in regards to the medicine I needed to take as well as how the recovery process is going to go.

Everything was ok until I got to the hospital. Then was brought into a room wher I had 4 people looking at me while I was showing the doctor where my lipomas where it was really uncomfortable and unprofessional. I showed him and he just kept tutting didn’t seem like he wanted to do it and even said that some of the lipoma where not lipoma but I had it checked already by English doctors and 2 different doctors said they where.. I was then ushered into the room next door when I was rushed on a table and he was putting anaesthetic in the went to work I could feel quite a bit of pain still which wasn’t normal and he done and just kept cutting me open then I had another doctor come in who stank of smoke then helped which was weird but then said I’m hear to help as my surgeon was in a rush because he had another surgery next thing I new my surgeon left the room and I had 2 people stitch me up I then realised he had missed 2 on my are and when I got home realised he hadn’t cut them out properly left some bits in and now I have scares for life and will have to pay someone else to do it properly it’s just a really bad service I would not recommend this place To anyone I spent so much money to get treated like a pice of meat and still have the puns I went in with just a massive joke STAY AWAY . This is a updat and it’s 30th January I have just received a email from trust pilot that the hospital are now trying to take down my review which I said I would do after a refund but at the same time have noticed yet another lipoma they missed and charged me for so again another scar for no reason and I have to pay a proper surgeon for it to be removed properly. They have me 550 back I spent over 2500 all in after flights accommodation and surgery wast of money . I’m not going to take it down and I’m really not happy left with scar now what a joke

I had two surgeries on my chest and stomach! Two months after the surgery, my chest is swollen and terribly ugly, one breast is constantly in spasms and pain! My coordinator, who was supposedly with us, does not give me any adequate answer! My husband had laser eye surgery, two months after the surgery and he still cannot see far! He cannot wear glasses, we do not have an exact and specific answer about his eyes from the clinic! We were just experienced bunnies! I am so sorry that I trusted the coordinator, who now never picks up the phone, even after everything is done! I advise you people to be careful with Avicenna Hospital

I am so enthusiastic about the entire team at Avicenna Hospital in Ataşehir Istanbul, Türkiye 😍 I received a warm welcome, every change, no matter how small, was communicated to me promptly and the communication and the work of the doctors, patient supervisors, cleaning staff and nurses was excellent. And also the transport team is so great. This makes your stay so so much easier, believe me !😧 I truely recommend everyone to come here. My family and I are totally happy. Thanks to all ! 😊

Einfach absolut zu empfehlen. Mega tolle Arbeit gemacht. Habe eine Bauchdeckenstraffung dort gemacht und es ist mehr wie gut geworden. Der Arzt ist so Zucker süß, freundlich und er hat definitiv Ahnung von seinem Job. Ich würde zur jederzeit wieder dort hin. Auch die Betreuung ganz ganz großes Lob

I can only recommend this clinic. From the transfer to the clinic doctors and the interpreter Aylin, we felt that we were in the best of hands at all times. I had an unforgettable stay with the best results.

Am venit la aviccena hospital pentru ca sufeream de diabet tip Ii pe care nu il mai puteam controls cu medicamente si mi s-a propus sa trec la insulina ,am studiat timp de 6 luni tot ce presupunea interventia chirurgicala si am ales acest spital .Am facut cea mai buna akegere din viata mea .Am fost foarte bine primita la aeroport cazare la nivel de hotel de 5 stele .asistentele extraordinare doamna Gina prin intermediul careia am ajuns este nemaipomenita domnul doctor Atas este cel mai bun in Domeniu nu am simptit nici cel mai mic discomfort nu am avut nici cea mai mica durere .veniti cu toata increderea

من می خواستم از بورچین و دکتر جامد کایا کمال تشکر را بکنم. مطمئن باشید که آنها بعد از عمل هم هر چیزی که ممکن هست احتیاج داشته باشید را فراهم می کنند. بورچین تمام احتیاجاتتان را قبل و بعد از عمل با لبخند و بی دریغ انجام می دهد. و همینطور دکتر کایا هر مشکلی که داشتنه باشید مطمئن باشید آنقدر اهمیت می دهند که هر وقت بخواهید دکتر را ببینید بورچین و دکتر شما را می بینند و هر سوالی داشته باشید را جواب می دهند

Hatte mit Frau Bircan aus Oberhausen kommuniziert. Sie hat alles für mich geregelt. Sie schaute nach Flügen , Hotel und Transfer. Hat alles super geklappt. Sie hat mir immer wieder geschrieben,ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das Krankenhaus ist sehr gut alle sehr freundlich und sehr sauber. Mit der Op bin ich auch sehr glücklich. Keine Schmerzen war alles top..Würde es immer wieder in dieser Klinik Avicenna machen lassen.

I want to thank all the staff from Avicenna hospital. All treat me so good and with so much respect. I want to thank from my heart to Omar ,he is the great consultant ever ,always there for me ,also after I left from hospital he always replied asap, he replies me even now when I’m back home and check on me…thank you Omar.

I had the lovely Joseph book me in at Avicenna hospital. He made sure I was comfortable well and looked after he has a warm and kind approach , which put me at ease . He gave me step by step guidance to my surgery. I couldn’t recommend him enough . The surgeon was amazing polite and check in after surgery. He is also very skilled . I’m am over the moon at my results . 5 stars for an all round great service . Thank you again

I had an amazing experience with patient coordinator Joseph. From my initial communication, scheduling consultations, arranging hotel and transport, and addressing all arrangements. He has excellent attention to detail, professional, steadfast and positively genuine. Doctor Caner was just as patient with all my questions and had lovely bedside manner.

Great experience & professionalism from start to finish. the process was easy, Joseph explained everything in the simplest way, and was on board for any questions I had during my stay. I arrived during the evening, transfers were easy, and the nurses were great and very accommodating once I arrived. I felt very comfortable throughout, the nurses even wished me goodbye when their shifts had ended. would definitely recommend- especially Joseph! couldn’t have been more helpful before during and after.

Safely in the hands of my surgeon Caner Kaya, and my interpreter and all round genuine good guy 'Omar' my breast 'explant' and lift could not have gone more smoothly. As a solo traveler and patient I felt safe and taken care of and in extremely good hands.
In the UK, my four hour operation would have been dealt with as day surgery and I would then have been sent home, I suspect a little bewildered and in pain to care for myself. At Avicenna, my preferred choice was to be given 5 star 24hr care by dedicated and professional staff for four days and a couple of days at a local hotel with hospital visits after that at 1/4 of the cost.
My surgery has been 100% effective and satisfactory with zero complications or infection.
My only regret is that I didn't discover Avicenna and my guardian angel Omar sooner, to guide me through the admittedly quite daunting process. I am extremely happy and grateful.
