Was a great experience to meet a staff of the Avicenna international hospital. Had my eye lids and breast reduction with lifting. Service was great, people was very nice and polite. Especially my coordinator Joseph was very helpful,was all information given, replied fast at any time.M.D Caner Kaya make me look younger, where I am receiving so many compliments from my friends. Thanks to all staff who looked after me while I was alone in a big city of Istanbul 👏👏👏

My wife was diagnosed of hydrosalphinx and fibroids last year and we have been trying to have a baby but we were not lucky so we decided to seek treatment in the uk and it was very expensive. A friend referred me to go to Turkey so I had to do a research online trying to find the best place for us to go for treatment. I came across Avicenna Hospital and many pipo had good reviews there and they recommend it .I got the number for Joseph who's the international representative for clients from abroad, we had a chat and told him all my problem , I don't know how to thank Joseph for being a good man to me ,he treated me like his brother I ended up thinking that he was by brother. He was always there to answer every question and clear all my doubts. Most of the nurses there cannot speak English but Joseph made sure he is alway with me to interpret and answer all my questions. We went to Turkey In Jan 2024 and got picked up at the airport to the hospital and the following day my wife had a successful Salpingectomy surgery with doctor MD Nuran Kiyak, she was so lovely , she did her job very well thank you so much , Much appreciation to Joseph sir ua the best ua really an asset to the Hospital. It is because of you that we had a very successful journey as u made sua everything was in right place .
In April 2024 we went to Cyprus for IVF since the doctor had removed 1 fallopian tube and the remaining one was said to have blocked by the doctor but she ddnt remove it so we had to do the only option available which was going for ivf in Cyprus. Upon arival in Cyprus we had to wait for my wifes period to start but it seemed delayed so we decided to run a pregnancy test and boom she was pregnamt .We had to cancel all the bookings and went back home but unfortunately in june she had a miscarriage but we hope for the better and that this time around in October she is pregnannt again which confirms the surgery was in deed successful. I really recommend Avicenna Hospital for those who want treatments , talk to Mr Josep he is there to assist you in a lovely way .Thanks you Avicenna.

Искам да изкажа огромната си благодарност към доктор Айкут Мъсърлъоглу пластичен хирург от болница Авицена Истанбул, той направи изключително професионален дълбок лифтинг на лице и шия, горна и долна блеферопластика и повдигане на вежди, на съпругът ми, такъв че известен дерматолог в София не разбра, че е правена операция! Само констатира че изглежда много млад:) Същият лекар поиска контактите на асистентите от болница Авицена - Неждет Исмаилови координатор , който отговаря за цялата организация на операцията , от оферта, до настаняване и транспорт и цялостно съдействие през целият престой. И Гюлдан Джанер преводачката, която говори български и е връзката между лекар и пациент, тя помага да се уточнят желанията и да се обсъдят всички подробности.
Изключително сме доволни и от тяхната работа, буквално 24 часа бяха на линия за всякаква помощ. Престоят в болницата беше лек и приятен.
С чисто сърце препоръчвам и лекарят и неговите асистенти! Обслужване на най- високо ниво! Когато дойде време за моят лифтинг бих се доверила само на доктор Айкут! Защото съм видяла резултата от работата му! И не на последно място цената беше почти наполовина от други оферти в Турция, а качеството се оказа по- добро! Мъжът ми се възстанови за няколко дни, не е имал никакви синини и почти никакви отоци! Защото докторът има специална техника и медикаменти, с които подпомага бързото възстановяне!

Overall fantastic service and experience from the start to finish. The accomadation was great, transfers always on time, the procedure went smoothly. Aftercare was good and very informative. Would highly reccomend.

Would like to thank Joeseph who was available around the clock making sure we were comfortable and had answers to all our questions. He made this procedure a smooth and easy experience.

Flew from London.From the go Omar was very helpful and gave all correct information with regards to the procedure to remove gallstones. The Surgeon Mr Mehmet with experience of 40years was absolutely fantastic and put my us at ease. We had the car collect us from airport and the hospital we had our own private room where I stayed with my wife. We are very grateful also to the nurses also for their round the clock care. Discharged after 2 days and in the package was our 2 days stay in Marriott. Excellent experience overall highly recommend.

Great service! Cheap and beyond happy with everything! Joseph was/is a great rep and very attentive with all the million questions I asked 😅.. responded to me any hour of the day or night which was very helpful when you’re in a different country and not knowing the language.. hotel was bang on what you need post surgery(hob/fridge/cooking utensils). I can say that I am lucky to have chosen Dr. DR. M. BEŞİR ÖZTÜRK, who operated on my abdominoplasty and I returned four months later to have a breast implant, his hands are enchanted, you don't feel any pain after the intervention, I am very satisfied. He was always by my side and helped me a lot, and Joseph was very friendly and always available he does his job very well. I was also lucky to have a super nurse who did an exemplary job, Ebru Hemesire. Thanks to the whole team and I recommend with love and confidence.

The Avicenna Hospital is a clean place,
The service is good, people are at your Service and smiling.
I was taken directly from the Airport to the Hospital and the driver was welcoming.
Also Joseph Arnaout is an excellent patient coordinator, he is very respectful and professional, He was able to answer all my questions before, during and after my treatment, he came every day to visit to check if everything was ok and give me advice, he made the difference because he was able to propose card payment, and he was very patient and answering with details to all my questions.
At the end of the treatment he directly gave me the appropriate medications without need for me to go to the pharmacy.
