AwardBlinds.com Reviews

I communicated with this company and they were very quick to respond and accomodate my change on order. The blinds came super fast. The quality was exceptional. I used to be a blind installer and sales person. So easy to install and highest quality at amazing price. Please don't waste your time ordering from other companies. This is the best for your money and value.
Totally awesome online experience that I wished all companies were like.

We ordered 22 sets of blinds from award blinds. They all fit perfectly. The price was great and so was the quality. I highly recommend this company.

I needed shades for my breakfast room. Two windows were the same size and one was smaller. Also, I did not want long shades because the windows are short. The shades were delivered in just a few days to the exact size I ordered. I love the scalloped and fringed edge; well worth the extra $5 each. The shade material is very high quality and since I ordered the room darkening shades, the room remains much cooler than before. I highly recommend Award Blinds.

We got personalized service and a great outcome!

Product as advertised, price lower than others. Outstanding customer service. We managed to screw up a simple process. We mismeasured by 2 inches. Called the company...a human being answered! The company rep. Described their "Oops policy". It is not as described on their web site...but I think better. We paid their cost to reorder without markup and they paid shipping to us. Couldn't be much fairer than that! Highly recommend this quality company.

Ordered 3 Premium solar shades from them. Prompt delivery. The company offers great customer service and will try to work with you if there are any issues.

I saw roman shade in Home Depot and purchased 5 Roman shades for a fraction of the price through awards. The shades are good quality, went up easily and look great. I was so pleased a recommend award to my daughter. She purchased blinds and is happy as well.

We are very happy with our purchase. Everything fit perfectly. The only problem we had was that the little screws used to bolt down the pull cords on the bottom inside of the window frame were too short to get a bite into the wood. My husband replaced them with longer screws. Nevertheless, the blinds look absolutely beautiful in the room and we can see out into the back yard. Also we were surprised how quickly they arrived! Thanks! Our friends will also be making a purchase soon.

We love our window shade! The color is perfect, the mechanism operates smoothly, and it is a very professional looking product!

My blinds came very quickly and were EXACTLY the right fit. The quality is unmatched! I will be purchasing more blinds for my home. I think these blinds will last a very long time.

Beautifully made, color a perfect match and a reasonable price. Made in
the USA makes them perfect. Thanks for such quality.

Ordered 1" faux wood blinds for the entire first floor of my house. Was apprehensive about ordering so many at once from a company I'd never used, but trusted the reviews on TrustPilot.com. Glad I did! The blinds were shipped exactly one week after my order and I had them in my possession just a few days later. They were all built to the measurements I provided and labeled clearly, instructions were simple, and the quality is excellent. I could not be happier with my purchase! Much more affordable than the big box stores with at least the same quality, if not better. Highly recommend.

good quality
I love my blinds. Ordering was easy and the quality is good

I just installed the blinds and cannot be more happy with my purchase. First of all they were packaged great and arrived in perfect condition. The installation was easy and everything you need to install is included. The blinds are a high quality product for a reasonable, affordable price. You can see that the people at AwardBlinds take pride in their work. I will be ordering again soon. Thank You!

This ordering and customer service experience was a pleasure. Everything was as promised and on time and a quality product . When I had to make an adjustment to the blind and didn't know how, they sent me simple concise instructions....and I fixed it myself. Great prices when compared to other sources....I am getting ready to order more for other windows.

I don't usually order too many things on-line but was very impressed with the ease of ordering from your site. The fabric samples were helpful and the colors were true to the product I ordered. The instructions for measuring were very easy to follow. I received my order sooner than I expected. The quality and price was better than the other sight I visited. I will order from your site again. I also liked your recommendations for
picking the fabric and lining. Thanks

I am so pleased with my blinds. Ordering was easy and I received my blinds quickly. The quality is excellent.

I ordered some samples first and those came very fast. once I ordered my blinds, I received them a few days early. once I did receive them, they were packaged very well. my husband put them up in about 5 min! I will definitely use them again.

Quite honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced from an Internet company. Fast speedy response. Great care in insuring you are a satisfied customer. Would buy from them again.

I am very, very pleased with my solar shades. Not only are they attractive, they keep out an enormous amount of heat. They were bought for my sunroom and they do their job perfectly. I also found the prices very reasonable and Customer service with this company "AwardBlinds" is terrific.
