I had been looking for blinds at a reasonable price and originally ordered five to see how they would be. Well - the quality, the price, the installation instructions, the turnaround time from order to delivery - EVERYTHING was great. I couldn't be happier - After installing the first five, I ordered 18 more. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a blind that is priced well, looks good, installs easily and operates well. If I needed more blinds, this would be the ONLY company I would consider for all the reasons I previously mentioned.

Placed my order for 9 blinds based on very good prices compared to previous places I bought from. Supposed to receive an email to confirm my order. Never received it. Customer service assured me I had gotten it and it was probably just in my spam folder. Never got it. Continually checked status of my order and it always showed "In Production" Checked at 9:00 on Friday to see the status because we were leaving town. Still in production. Received an email at 10:00 saying order was complete and shipped but may be awhile before the tracking number would show anything. Blinds arrived on my door 2 hours later. No directions at all in the boxes. Blinds were for a lake home. Don't have internet service and their installation instructions would never download on cell phone. First 2 blinds were correctly labeled. Remaining 7 blinds were all labeled the same with a name that did not match any of the ones I'd given. Was able to sort out where they belonged simply by the sizes on the cartons.
Very happy with the quality and price of the blinds but you'll need to be able to figure things out on your own.

Ordered my cellular shade on June 23rd. It was shipped on the 28th and I received it on July 1st. Talk about quick service, I was very impressed. The shade was exactly what I ordered, color and size. Quality material and craftsmanship. The color nearly matches a shade I ordered elsewhere several years ago. I have two more windows to do and will order from award blinds.

Just what I ordered. Fast delivery. Waited 6 years to find a company who shipped oversized blinds without extra fees.. love my new blinds.

When my window shade arrived (in record time), my husband mounted it to the wide window in my office loft. "Is this a custom shade?" he asked. I said yes, I had given the window measurements as the website directed. "It's a perfect fit," he said. The shade was up and operating within minutes and keeps the afternoon sun off my laptop screen. I couldn't be happier with the quality, the appearance, and the ease of operation. My next shade will come from AwardBlinds.com, for sure!

Excellent product and service. Everything delivered as stated on the website. Awardsblinds contacted me about a possible measurement error and I was able to correct it before they took my order to production. They are so experienced they caught my measuring error just from the sizes I submitted. I will use award blinds whenever I have a window treatment need.

The best service imaginable! Before finalizing my large order for Roman shades, Award Blinds made sure that every detail was correct as submitted. The delivery was earlier than promised and the quality exceeded my expectations. All this at a fraction of the price quoted by brick & mortar vendors. Once I placed my order online, I received a phone call to verify the measurements before they sent my order to production. I'm glad they called because after speaking with the friendly customer service rep, I realized that I should change my measurements by an inch. So thankful they called, love the blinds! I plan to order another set for the basement sliding door, great blinds and terrific at blocking sun and cold breeze around door! LOVE THE BLINDS, LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Lovely blinds, perfectly sized and awesome customer service

One of my blinds had a stain on it, they asked for a picture of the stain. They sent a e-mail back with the reorder of the damaged blind all in the same day. Wow amazing what a great company.

This is my first experience purchasing blinds "online" and I could not be happier. I had purchased one a month prior at my local hardware store and the product never fit correctly which is why I decided to give awardblinds.com a try. I measured my window with the guidance of the instructions and completed my order.
