AXA Ireland Reviews 

I always find the team very helpful and pleasant to deal with for my home and car insurance .Thats why I've had AXA insurance all this time because I can walk into the office and speak to a representative in person that's what I want from my insurance company NOT an online service.I also pay with cash as I don't use a bank card and I can give them my money in person .I've being with AXA for over 30 yrs and thats why because I can walk into there branch in O'Connell street and be guaranteed to see an employee to ask what ever I need answered clearly and with useful guidance too .I hope I will be able to ontinue to walk into there very pleasant welcoming office in Limerick for the next 30 years Please God 🙏 if it were to close AXA would loose a lot of customers will have no choice but move to a different insurance company branch in Limerick or switch to competitive insurance company online who will only be to glad to take valued long term AXA customers because we no choice but to find a new insurance company who we can call into in person

The staff are really helpful and friendly in yere Limerick branch and have been since day one when I first received my insurance almost 10 years ago. Breda and Damien I have dealt with and they are a massive credit to yere organisation I must say they're always positive.

I had an amazing experience with Moira at the Limerick city centre branch of Axa. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to give me all the options that would suit my current situation regarding my current insurance and other add on options and made sure I was happy with my choices.

The worst insurance company to deal with ever! Avoide these like the plague. Calling 4 months now to deal with a claim and getting no where. Keep getting advised I will get a call back and nothing. Been told the claim is to high- that one of their clients caused to our property! Ask to speak to a manager and you are told you will get a call back in 24hours and that doesn't happen. People in the call centre are as helpful as they can, it's the people in the back, like management who don't give a shit. Would never ever deal with these are they cause nothing but stress and don't want to pay out when damaged is caused! Avoide at all costs. Would give -1000 stars if I could

called on hold for over 10 minutes. the call picked up and then they hung up. 1st time calling them all year. very poor service

Unhelpful money grabbers. I have been a named driver on my parents insurance for 9 years and 11 months. I got a quote to insure the car myself for €505, based on my experience as a named driver (and no claims ever). They wouldn’t process this online and insisted on a phone call. On the phone call they said that in 2023 I wasn’t on the insurance for a year (because I was living away from home) and that instead of taking that time off my driving experience, that everything before that time is invalid. So I was only being credited with 2 years experience instead of nearly 10 years, and my quote went up to €900+, nearly double. I needed to drive that evening so I felt I had to go with their quote rather than having time to shop around. Have been a long term customer through my parents plans but clearly that does not matter to them at all, they only care about money. Avoid!
