Really helpful and friendly
I got stuck on translation of the cookie banner and I didn't know how to proceed. When I contacted them and they sent me a link to jump on a call, since I'm in US time the EU meetings time didn't work for me. When i told them that they were open to schedule a call a bit later so it will be possible for me to join. During the call Serge Ignacio from Axeptio was really helpful, I explained him the situation and he really easily explained me the possible solutions and we resolved everything really fast.

Après quelques problème d'installation pour l'agence, Marion m'a mis en contact très rapidement avec le technicien Serge et en quelques minutes il a pu résoudre tous les problèmes de configuration tout en m'expliquant ce qu'il faisait et pourquoi ça ne fonctionnait pas.
