We bought the Raffi 2 pram bundle from a stockist local to us. We got told delivery would take 2 weeks but it was with us just 4 days later (and we bought it on a bank holiday Monday!) Delivery came and went and we thought that was it, but about a week later, we had another pram delivered (that we didn’t order). There was some kind of admin error with the stockist. I contacted Bababing and they were brilliant, very professional, and helpful. They arranged for the second pram to be collected from our house (by one of the owners himself.)

We haven’t actually used the pram as of yet as our baby isn’t due till the end of August but, we have put it together and it was so easy to do. The pram is gorgeous and the quality is amazing. And it has so many hidden features that are really beneficial for the baby.

If I am being honest, when we went to the stockist I had a different branded pram in mind, but when we got there and we saw the Bababing Raffi 2 pram I just fell in love with it, and so did my partner. I’m so glad we bought this pram and I genuinely can’t wait to use it.

We bought the 16 piece bundle in minky for our little girl and we all absolutely love it, she sleeps soundly in her next2me, loves her pram especially when we incline the bassinet for her to see all the surroundings! She uses her swing daily and amuses herself trying to bat the toys attached! Having a frame that the car seat can attach to creates such ease for quick trips into the supermarkets etc. Have contacted customer service a couple of times and they have been quick and friendly and helped with every query. Highly recommend!

I got Bababing Hub Electric Baby Swing Chair as a gift from a friend.

It was genuinely the most useful thing for my baby. My baby enjoys the music and thw swing and it also gives me a bit of hands free time to manage other chores. The safety belt gives me a peace of mind in terms of baby's safety and baby is kept entertained by the music and hanging toys.

Totally worth it and highly recommended.

The Hub 2 Electric Swing has been a wonderful addition to our home, providing comfort and entertainment for our baby while giving parents some much-needed support.

I got a second hand Bababing travel & next to me cot which is well made and easily collapsed. I needed a new mattress which I couldn't see available separately on the website, so I contacted customer service and they've arranged to send one to me the next day. Great customer service. Would have all mattresses available separately on the website as they're made to fit the specific cots and are not always standard sizes.

Fantastic customer service! A friend gifted me an older, discontinued BabaBing baby swing that was missing the charger and toy bar. Even though it was an old range, the team went completely out of their way to reply to my emails quickly and help me purchase the replacement parts I needed. Highly recommend them!

I have the complete raffi 2 travel system and they have been nothing but helpful with any questions or problems I have had. I absolutely love my travel system, hight quality for a reasonable price! Amazing thank you

We have the next to me crib and the hub rocker.
The next to me has been so good, I had a c section and the early weeks were really hard to bend too far to lift the baby so the fact the crib is height adjustable was a big plus and meant I could hold my baby. He also suffers with reflux so the option to tilt the crib slightly has helped with spit ups in the night. Lovely comfortable mattress and like the breathable netting around the crib so can still see baby and handy storage underneath too, all in all really happy with it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
We also have the hub rocker which baby loves, again he has reflux so can’t lay him down for a while after feeding so to know he’s nice and content in his rocker if I need to put him down is great, he loves the swinging motion helps keep him nice and relaxed and bonus that there’s straps on the rocker so know he’s secure in there too. Both products make life with a new baby much easier! Customer service has been great too :) thanks so much!

I was gifted the Rouckout 2 rocker and my little boy loves it! Sadly the toy bar fell victim to my mam’s enthusiastic cocker spaniel. I enquired about purchasing a replacement and I had one attached to my rocker in less than a week! April couldn’t have been more helpful- genuinely over the moon with the whole experience. And my little boy loves the product to boot- couldn’t ask for more!

Highly recommend Bababing! We visited the showroom first and after having every product explained and demonstrated to us, we decided to purchase the 18 piece bundle in the colour Kofe. As first time parents it was great to have the time in the showroom, being able to try out the products and have everything explained to us prior to making a decision - it was a really relaxed experience and we did not feel pressurised into making a decision at all. After purchasing the bundle, we were provided with an estimation of delivery which was in plenty of time of our expected delivery date. However, after complications, our little girl had to make an early appearance which was before the expected delivery of our travel system bundle. I contacted Bababing and they were extremely helpful, immediately sending us any items they currently had in stock. As our pushchair wasn’t yet in stock, they provided us with a loan so that we still had everything that we needed and they delivered our pushchair as soon as it came into stock. After using their products for 4 weeks now, everything is fantastic quality, really easy to use and our little girl loves being in the pushchair! Again, I can not recommend this company enough and would definitely advise people to visit their showroom for the full experience.

purchased a travel system from BabaBing in 2024 and have been really impressed with both the product and the service. Recently, I misplaced the rain cover and reached out to their team, honestly not expecting much but they responded incredibly quickly and offered to send a replacement free of charge.

The level of customer service has been next level, which makes such a difference as a parent. It’s reassuring to know they genuinely care about their customers even after the purchase.
I’m now looking forward to using my pram again for baby number 2, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BabaBing to others.

I purchased the Lite 2 changing bag and I love it! It doesn’t look like your typical changing bag and I’ll be using it as my own once it’s served its intended purpose! It has lots of storage and comes with clips so you can hang it onto your pram so you don’t lose any space underneath. It’s even got an insulated bottle holder which a lot of other changing bags don’t have!
The customer service is second to none too, I recently left the changing mat it comes with on holiday and April was quick to respond and offer a solution! 😊

I bought the raffi travel system four years ago with my first child. I put it into storage until I had another unfortunately the rain has gotten to it and it had become mouldy, but I contacted bababing and they said they could provide me with a replacement cover! Not only is the travel system amazing but the customer service you get is quick easy and very reliable service! Highly recommend them to anyone! Such an easy time to contact a customer service who are friendly and helpful! Definitely feel a valued member!

Can’t recommend bababing enough, we have a high chair that’s been damaged while in storage and we contacted them to see about new parts and they were sent out within hours of asking free of charge, brilliant company and customer service department

We had a really personal and brilliant experience with BabaBing…purchasing the Raffi2 bundle from Kiddies Kingdom in Dewsbury.
We went during a promotional weekend, and met Ashley (the designer/owner of BabaBing), who was so personable, informative and kind allowing us time to consider our options and purchase a Black Friday bundle that provided all we needed for a great price for quality items alongside the absolutely stunning pram.
We’ve had so many compliments on the pram in Kofe, it’s so lovely and easy to push, foldaway, transport and enjoy during long or short walks…I’d recommend this brand, the pram, next to me cot, changing bag to anyone looking for something stylish, great quality with longevity.

Awesome high chair that our son has loved using. Customer service has also been exceptional when we needed to obtain a replacement tray after losing it in a move.

I have recently purchased a Raffi 2 pram bundle which was amazing value for money. It included everything that I could possibly need for a baby, which was ideal as it saved me purchasing everything individually.
I have had so many compliments on the colour of my pram ( Heritage) and also the style 😍 It is so easy to use and the carrycot folding down makes it so much easier to fit into the car.
I needed a replacement raincover so I reached out to customer services and they have been more than helpful. I would definitely recommend Bababing products to others!

Customer service is absolutely incredible. April deserves a raise!! Always on hand to help out and is sending me car seat inserts replacements for my second bubs. She is always a pleasure to talk to and so is whole customer service time.

I brought out my BabaBing swing chair from storage for my 2nd daughter to use and we found out it wasnt actually working. So, I emailed Baba Bing to let them know as John Lewis, where it was purchased from, where totally dismissive. Baba Bing were extremely helpful from the start, couldn't have done more tbh to make sure they knew which bit wasnt working and were more than happy to send me any replacements I needed. Extremely impressed tbh!! Would definitely recommend their customer service, especially in comparison to John Lewis who were not helpful in the slightest.
