From start to finish
From start to finish, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
When my bed was delivered, the first thing I noticed was that the colour was completely different from what was advertised on the website. The “Barley” fabric is shown online as a warm beige/cream shade, but the bed I received was a silvery-grey colour. It looked nothing like the images used to sell the product.
I contacted customer services straight away, expecting them to help resolve the issue. Instead, I was told I should have requested a fabric swatch before ordering and was even described as being a “perfectionist.” This was incredibly dismissive and insulting. If the website accurately represented the product, customers shouldn’t need to order swatches just to receive the colour they’ve been shown.
I explained several times that I was unhappy with the bed and wanted to return it, but I was repeatedly told they do not accept returns or offer refunds on beds. A no-returns policy should not apply when a product has been misrepresented.
To make matters worse, after inspecting the bed further, I found multiple manufacturing defects, including damaged upholstery and other quality issues. Despite providing photographs, I was simply told there were no faults and that nothing could be done.
I also asked to speak to a manager, only to be told that managers do not take customer calls. Throughout the conversation, the customer service representative was passive-aggressive, laughed during the call, and sarcastically said I had been his “favourite customer.” It was completely unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation even more upsetting.
The only follow-up I received was a generic email. No apology, no accountability, and no genuine attempt to resolve my concerns.
The quality of the product was disappointing, but the customer service was even worse. I would never purchase from this company again and would strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from them reads the reviews first. Save yourself the stress and buy from a company that values its customers and stands behind the products it sells.

Good quality mattress
Bought two single mattresses:
"BedzOnline Hydro Pocket Spring Memory Mattress"
The arrived in good time and we as described. This company uses DPD for delivery, which is not very reliable. They had me waiting all day and then went to the wrong address to deliver and marked it as "Sorry we missed you". They then delivered the next day with no problems. Poor reliability is a well known issue with DPD. Knocked off 1 star for this.

Poor service
I ordered two mattress for my twins birthday one arrived last Tuesday as I paid for and the other has still not arrived. I have been chasing up every day just to be told it’s going to arrive the next day. It never does. I am getting no where and now have both twins in my bed as they won’t sleep without each other. I have asked for a refund so I can get another mattress and I have got no where. I would never leave a negative review but it’s really not acceptable now that there’s no resolution.

Perfect first bed!
My daughter loves this bed, it is super comfy and looks beautiful in her room. As her first ‘big girl bed’ the little sides on it are perfect for stopping her from falling out but small enough that she can still climb in and out herself. We will be buying another one for our younger daughter once she’s big enough!

I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this mattress. It is advertised as orthopedic, but it provides very poor support. I can clearly feel the springs through the surface, making it uncomfortable to sleep on and completely unsuitable for anyone with back or spinal problems.
I feel that this product has been misleadingly advertised. I am now having to provide evidence and prove that the mattress is not as described just to request a refund. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.
I would not recommend buying this mattress.
This company simply misleads its customers. They advertise a mattress as a high-quality product with an inflated original price, then show a huge “discount” to make it seem like you’re getting an amazing deal. In reality, the mattress is of very poor quality and feels like a cheap product. Now I have to spend my time sending multiple emails just to arrange a return. A terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay away.
Delivery took ages anyway.
Hard to contact them nobody knows just get passed around and wait times are 20 mins minimum been on the phone for 56 mins now.
Delivery eventually arrived and was damaged. Slow response again nothing is easy and straight forward with this company. They should be coming to me not me to them as the bed is back with them and delivery refused

I found this company by word of mouth and as other people I've found this company faultless. Order my two mattresses for the toddler's and found the delivery excellent. Perfect. The mattresses ordered have been great and the kids love them. Angel was fantastic when I needed a bit of advice and helped me out immensely. So...a big thank you goes to angel. So.. would I go anywhere else ...no..this is the place to go instead of going to the high street etc. It's all here. Perfect quality.. perfect service.. everyone is happy.

Delivery timescale was rather poor annd I was left chasing this up. However this was chased up by the team in good time. All packages arrived very well protected. Easy to put together and looks fantastic! Would certainly purchase from here again for our next bed that we’ll need soon
