I've bought 2 mattresses from this company and I couldn't be happier. My latest purchase was a very last minute request and so was marked urgent, but I really didn't think I would get it on time. However, they pulled out all the stops and having ordered on Monday, it arrived by Friday and the mattress, like the first I ordered, is excellent. Would thoroughly recommend Baby Matresses Online

I came across the company while looking for a replacement mattress for our snuzpod and icandy pram. The selection of types of mattress and prices attracted me to using the company. They have been brilliant with customer service. They accelerated my order as my due date was the same month. Really happy. Fully recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company due to their poorly educated customer advisor. When I reached out regarding an issue with a product, I was met with rigid policies and a complete lack of willingness to help. The advisor repeatedly emphasized their "no returns policy" rather than genuinely addressing my concern or offering a reasonable solution.

Despite my efforts to seek assistance, the advisor displayed a dismissive attitude and seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility than resolving the issue. It was clear they lacked both customer service skills and an understanding of basic customer care. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I will not be purchasing from this company again and will advise others to be cautious when dealing with them. They have a clear desire to just take your money, waste your time and offer no assistance after that.

This is the third time we've used this firm to provide tailor made mattresses for the latest generation as we use old cot/beds etc.. Each time Baby Mattresses Online has delivered exactly what we wanted, most recently exceeding their delivery times to meet an urgent need. They have our full recommendation.

I was looking for a replacement mattress for a Moses basket as I was having a new baby. However, my daughter arrived earlier than expected. The website said that delivery normally takes 10-14 days, but contact them if you need it earlier. I got a quick response to my email and the order was fast tracked at no extra cost. The mattress fits perfectly and looks comfy. Very happy mummy and baby.

I needed a mattress for a non-standard travel cot and found this company, where I was able to order exactly what I wanted to custom size, including extra covers and a sheet to fit. It arrived exactly as ordered three days later! Excellent service and very well priced. Highly recommended.

Bought a replacement mattress for a Tutti Bambino next to me cot . Very happy with it . Arrived in about a week . Good quality with a removable washable cover and ventilation holes (which I selected as extra) . Fits the cot perfectly. Nice to buy from a UK company with the reassurance it complies with safety standards and made with non toxic materials.

I don't leave many online reviews, but I'm really impressed with this company. Excellent customer service. I was struggling to find a mattress that would fit an older version of a cot, as newer models are larger. Very quick turn around time on bespoke measurement mattress, for a really good price and good quality. I asked them to process urgently as due date is very near, and it was here within a few days. Would order from them again if needed

I ordered a mattress to fit a travel cot and I was worried that it wouldn’t arrive before Christmas. I was able to send an email to mattresses online saying it was urgent and they assured me that it would be dispatched before the 18th December. In any event, it was delivered before this date so I was very pleased. I also ordered a fitted sheet which was wonderfully soft.

Emailed customer service about mattress standards and tried messaging on social media. Had no response for over a week now. Such a shame as was waiting to purchase the mattress as seemed like a great website. Unfortunately if they can’t reply to an email about safety standards may it isn’t as it should be.

Unfortunately I have not received the email sent on the Monday, if this is received then I would consider purchasing,

Update: after receiving an apology & being unhappy with an alternative mattress I ordered, I decided to give it another try as reviews were so positive for the company & have since found customer services (Xiana in particular) to be very helpful in placing this and an additional order, answering all of my questions etc. over email in a timely manner, so my opinion has changed & I’m looking forward to receiving my mattresses :)

Thought this website looked great & was going to buy several mattresses. I wanted to double check their tutti bambini mattress conformed to the relevant British safety standards so dropped them an email… a week and a half later and no response, I called to chase and was told it had been passed to the relevant staff member to respond who had been away and they would chase him to get back to me that afternoon. I was surprised they couldn’t confirm something as basic as this, as all of their mattresses should really conform to the safety standards, but waited anyway. It’s been nearly 3 weeks now with no response, despite another chaser email, so I’ve taken my business elsewhere! Poor customer service.

We requested a bespoke mattress with specific dimensions and it fits great. Washing instruction leaflet included. really pleased.

We used the custom made mattress service, which gave us exactly what we wanted. It was really easy to order and allowed for lots of options to customise the mattress to what you wanted. For a custom made mattress it was very competitively priced too, same price as the off the shelf mattresses you can buy - but this is made especially for you! Although the Company warns that it can take up to two weeks, we got our mattress within a few days. It was a prefect fit and we are so pleased with the service. So to sum up - fantastic service, very reasonably priced, and amazing quality too. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a split fold mattress for travel for my Red Kite Dreamer Travel Cot. Having searched online I came across this company and subsequently placed an order with them. It was delivered within a couple of days. I was instantly impressed with the quality of the mattress. It is far superior to anything I looked at online. I would not hesitate to order from them again and will recommend them to anyone needing a mattress.
