Great product at a great price, very easy to use & set up wish we had got one ages ago.

New tracker now working very well with great backup from supplier, they could not be more helpful, always available for a chat on the phone.

I rang and discussed my requirements and placed my order on the phone, the member of staff I spoke to was most helpful and informative.
I have checked up on the device a couple of times and have found it to fairly accurate, my only concern is the battery and the length of time between charges I have had to recharge within 6 weeks, but of course you do get messages telling you, so it's not a major problem at this time.

Second purchase one in caravan one covering my car. track daughters use of my car in real time

Registered 2 bag tags including travel itineraries. Made me feel a lot happier seeing my luggage taken away for the plane journey knowing it could be tracked easier.

Bought a tracker for my motorhome and was given sound advice by very helpful staff to make an informed decision as to which model to buy. I chose the anti theft version as opposed to a monitored one that incurred an annual subscription.The model bought sets up a 200m ring fence that alerts you if it exits it. When it very promptly arrived, the "quick" set up instructions were simple to follow. Just be patient for everything to register and settle down. Impatience only costs you credit on the sim card by sending multiple texts expecting an immediate response. When I phoned up for additional advice I was greeted by a very helpful member of staff who genuinely was happy in his work! The Giff Gaff sim card supplied had £5 free credit and that too, was easy to set up and the mobile phone app tells you instantly how much credit you have left with an auto top up facility. Just hope I never have to use the tracker for real!!!!

NOW UPDATED SCORE AS PROBLEM RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION

Registered bag tags a few weeks ago. Before going away recently tried to log on to my account to ensure everything was in order but was unable to do so. Thought I had forgotten my password but no reset instructions sent when I clicked on the link. Wondered if I hsd mistyped my email when registering the tags so have now contacted the company twice, by email, and have received no reply. Error is most likiley my fault but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. If my cases are lost I have no way of notifying the company, and, to be honest, now have doubts over how efficiently they would follow up any loss. If my experience to date is anything to go by, any reported loss would be ignored. Seems I have wasted my money!

They repaired my tracker same day I contacted them. Excellent service, I had some friends also using this service and they are also very satisfied with it. Highly recommended company!

Particularly pleased with customer service, Jake is brilliant if we ever have any issues. Few and far between but always resolved very quickly.

The process, the site, ease of use etc is all great, can’t comment on their service during a claim/ loss of bag, and hopefully I never will, hence the 4 stars.
