When I tried to register tags today 2 January, I was informed that I already had a USERNAME, so I must have purchased tags in the past. Website defaults to purchase of new tags which I already purchased on the internet and am unable to register! What do I do?????? If I do not receive a reply I will return tags requesting refund.
I also resent receiving a second email requesting (insisting more like it) on what I think on the service - CRAP!

Ordered bag tags at last minute and they turned up within 24 hours / great service.

The tracker is hidden within my caravan, no obvious wires to assist a thief in finding it and an excellent range of sensing options.

excellent,does what it is supposed to do,not had vehicle stolen but checked once or twice and all the journeys and times are recorded so its all good,very pleased with it.

I bought a standalone GPS tracker over 2 years ago via Amazon and the charger plug failed (due to some probably excessive treatment from me), I called and was offered a new one immediately and they sent me a replacement manual too. Service second to none.

The tracker has helped me recover my stolen motorbike twice now so has paid for itself many many times over - a fantastic product.

A very handy product and a very helpful support team who I rang a couple of times. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was because the plug you put in to charge up the device is quite difficult to get out due to the port being too near the edge of the device and covered partially by the flap.
Apart from that the device is working well and responds accurately to prompts I give it remotely.

I bought a vehicle tracker which is an excellent piece of kit, works great no problems setting it up. Good company and great products I would recommend.

I had a technical question about which network sim was pre-installed in the unit (GiffGaff which uses the O2 network) and this was answered swiftly by email.
Delivery was very quick and with the enclosed additional simplified instructions, setup was easy.
We have tested the Guardian Angel and it works flawlessly. Battery life is around a week if not used. It comes setup with airtime credit of £15 on the GiffGaff sim which saves having to setup the sim yourself. Couldn't be easier!
Very happy with this purchase for my Mum who has dementia, and the service from Back2You.

Came neatly packed/secure & discreet.
Was already set up with the SIM card active & all the info you need to manage you tracker and giffgaff acount.
I went for the magnetic tracker so it is wire free,it does come with everything you would need however should you want to power it from a vehicles electrics..
Read the supplied info & a couple of texts / minutes later it was set up and working.. i'm purely using it to monitor an item. It's set for any shock felt and movement. Both work well. The shock ( vibration ) sensor can be set to three different levels..
It really is easy to use & likewise the option to monitor via google maps..

Does what I want it to do and without the need for monthly subscription costs.
Very much piece of mind for me and very happy with the purchase..
