Excellent service, I bought a vehicle tracker, the website allowed me to try a demo of the device before buying and when I received it and tried setting it up I had a problem with the SIM card. I phoned Back2you tech help and spoke to Jay, and sent the device to him and it was returned to me in less than a week and was all set up ready to put in the car, couldn't fault their help.

Absolutely brilliant tracker and excellent after sales service with setting up which actually is really easy - so I bought another one for my daughters car. This also helps me keep an eye on her cars movements and stops my wife worrying. Highly recommended and in-expensive.

Device arrived in good time and works excellently.
We are using it as an anti-theft device, so its running costs are low and it gives peace of mind after a couple of thefts in the last year

Great piece of kit ,well made, fair price, I am finding it a little awkward to set up but must admit I have been out of the techno loop for a few years but I need help.

Received tracker promptly, set up was very easy and all is working as stated in their advertising.

I bought two of these devices after reading various reviews. You do have to read the instructions a couple of times but they work a treat. One was returned as it did not seem to function. It was replaced without question a day later then I discovered that it was actually the SIM card which was faulty and not the tracker!! They could not be more helpful on the 'phone when / if you need advice. Would recommend without hesitation.

I bought a Guardian Angel GPS tracker and for some reason the first one wasn't working as well as it should so having telephoned the help line I was assisted by Jake who tried to help but realised the devise wasn't working properly. His boss was in my area that day so Chris the Managing Director called to try and fix it. He took it away and sent another by return post and set it up for me. Not being technically minded, after many telephone conversations to set a Geo field that worked within my setting, I have to say the reception I received each time was so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Easy to navigate web site and found the replacement part I was looking for.
Replacement arrived a day before anticipated delivery date.
Did not take long to fit and the tracker is up and running again.
