First class item and service?

Bought this as the size and spec was just what I needed. Arrived quickly - didn't have to do anything apart from logging on to the site. I have put it on my phone , computer and tablet.
Worked fine on my phone, but I accidently logged on to the demo page on the computer and tablet, my fault! Phoned up and got it sorted in a few minutes.

Excellent product and service.

I bought a tracker last year and was well pleased with it. However it developed a fault when I tried to recharge the battery. I contacted the company & spoke to Jake who was really helpful & suggested solutions to the problem. Unfortunately this didn't sort the issue. Jake advised me to return the tracker, it was sent back to Filey by Royal Mail, however they lost the package but advised the company. Jake was fantastic, he refused to wait whilst Royal Mail made enquiries, he issued a brand new tracker even sorting out the SIM with the balance outstanding, he then rang me after a few days to ensure it was working ok. OUTSTANDING SERVICE..well done Jake & Back2You considerably above and beyond anything expected. I wish all companies were as good as this. Thank You Jake

After having a bad experience when purchasing a tracker from another company, I was nervous about trying again. After a lot of research I decided to go with Back2you, I contacted them, and had a reply straight away, which was very helpful. The tracker worked perfectly from first charge, easy to use with simple instructions and with the added security of live tracking, we can now relax a little knowing my mum is a little more secure than she was. Because I can actually talk to someone should I have any issues, is also a massive bonus.

A call to B-T-Y immediately resolved my question - very helpful and the unit works perfectly. Simple to use - just the £5 a month sim fee.

I initially has a very small problem understanding the setup instructions, emailed Back2you and they replied promptly and the explained things clearly.

Good old fashioned service.

I chose this product based on word of mouth recommendation. The product arrived less than 48 hours after payment and has worked exactly as expected. The instructions are written in rather stilted English, but are nevertheless functional and the product is well made and well packaged.

This is a revised review from my original one 18 months ago which was positive with quick delivery and easy to set up.

The tracker stopped working about 7 months ago. Phone calls not answered and only got a couple of responses via email. Sent the unit back as suggested and followed up with several more emails but still no response on why it won't work.

Update - finally got hold of someone at Back2U (was just about to give up) and they turned the situation round totally. Intermittent fault identified and new tracker sent out all set up and working, which I'm very grateful for. Many Thanks to Jake for sorting and communicating so well, something the rest of the staff maybe need a bit of training on.

Back2you were fast to despatch product. I had a query with it which was answered prompty via email. I would recommend them.

Ordered a bike tracker which arrived within a couple of days. I'm not very good with instructions so contacted Back2you & spoke to a guy who was extremely helpful.

Polite staff

The service and after sales service fro Back2you has been excellent.
Bought the Guardian Angle for my dad and very easy to set up.
The unit was draining battery very fast, called and a replacement unit sent next day.

I aint no whizz with this stuff but this is dead easy to install and set up and its quality that you can track ur own vehicle by just ringing it...great price also

Company was very good to deal with, the whole transaction was all very satisfactory, the product seems to work well having been played with by me with my phone.
It also feels well made and solid, the only thing that lets it down is the instructions, they are a poor translation and difficult to read, there is a basic QuickStart instruction that is not a translation and will get you started.
If it wasn't for the instructions I would have given 5 stars.

I can not speak highly enough of this company. We bought a guardian angel tracker for our 89 year old mum who loves to walk each day but with various age related problems, lack of confidence stopped her and kept her house bound. She has no mobile phone and couldn't work one anyway due to eye sight and unfamiliarity with technology. She used to have an Age Concern type alarm in house but hated it and hardly ever wore the alarm. She asked me to find out if there was one she could take outside and I looked in to several. After buying the back2you one, she now wears her tracker every day and walks again with her stroller around the district. She presses the button and speaks to us who live around the country and we can call her on it to check she's okay. She's deaf but hears it okay and with the geo fence we get texts to tell us when she's off for a walk. The fall alert has gone off a few times when she's taken it off and chucked it on the bed but at least we know it's working. It goes on charger (easy to do for her) by her bed at night. We've had a few problems over last 6 months with signal in her area but Chris and co at Back2you have been brilliant in getting it sorted and are extremely professional and helpful.
This has changed her life and she is her old cheerful self again. Only thing that stops her now is the weather. Can not recommend this tracker and company enough.
