dog harness
I bought a dog harness for my Cavapoo last year and I wanted to say how pleased I am with the excellent quality and ease of use. My dog definitely prefers that you don’t have to pass her head through the harness. After a year of use it still looks like new and I cant recommend these products enough !

Bought the front clip harness and lead for my lab which is helping her, love the green/pink colour combo! Delivery service was great, able to amend order simply via email with ease. One problem I have had twice with the lead clasp is that it has double threaded, rather than a generic clasp it attaches to the harness using a twist method which can take some time for dog to go on and off lead.

Unsuitable harness for wire haired dachshund
Ordered the trail and glow set for £50, lovely colours and great quality. I had asked for advice from B & C before ordering for my wire haired dachshund, but in spite of advice, the harness received was too small. Returned, at my own expense, for the medium, followed the fitting videos but it rubbed behind her front legs horrendously. No returns or exchanges if used so I have a good collar and lead for £50. My dog is not a funny shape and is in excellent physical condition. I raised with support and received a comprehensive reply offering apologies. In summary, lovely quality and colours but unusable harness. I won't be ordering again unseen in the future, prospective buyers may wish to consider the limitations of the return/exchange process. Once worn that's it even if you have pictures of the harm caused. Shame.

Hi John,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m sorry that, despite the fitting advice and correspondence we have had, we weren't able to find a solution that worked comfortably for Berny.
As you mention, you initially contacted us for sizing advice and the Small was subsequently returned and exchanged for a Medium. When you later contacted us regarding the rubbing, we reviewed the photographs you provided and offered further fitting advice, including adjustments that could potentially help. Unfortunately, it appears that this particular style of harness simply isn't suited to Berny’s individual body shape and movement.
I would, however, like to clarify the point regarding our returns policy. Customers are very welcome to try a harness on their dog indoors to check the size and fit and return or exchange it if it isn't suitable. Once a harness has been worn outside, however, we cannot accept it back as a standard return because it is no longer in a condition that we can resell as a new product. This applies regardless of whether it has been worn once or several times.
I completely appreciate that this can be frustrating when a fitting issue only becomes apparent during a walk, but unfortunately we cannot resell a harness to another customer once it has been used outdoors.
It is disappointing that the Medium hasn't worked for Berny, particularly as you were otherwise so pleased with the quality and design of the set, and I’m sorry that on this occasion we weren't able to find a comfortable fit for her.
Kind Regards,
Graham
High Quality Harness !
Harness is of very high quality , strong and easily adjustable.
In addition, we were provided with excellent customer service when the original size ordered didn’t fit. Exchange process was straightforward and extremely prompt .
An overall very positive experience.

Harness never arrived
Ordered a harness on 6th August. It was ‘delivered’ 3 days later but was left hanging out of our letterbox and nowhere to be found when I returned home late. It is now nearly a month later and I still haven’t received a refund or replacement despite several emails. If this is left unresolved I will be submitting a chargeback request next week. Avoid.

Hi,
Thank you for your review. I’m very sorry that your parcel has gone missing and I completely understand how frustrating this has been.
I would, however, like to clarify that we have been actively trying to resolve this with Royal Mail. Their tracking confirmed the parcel as delivered and included photographic proof of delivery, which meant that our initial claim for the missing parcel was unfortunately rejected by Royal Mail.
On 19th August, we contacted you to ask whether you had a Safeplace set up with Royal Mail, as we needed this information in order to establish whether the parcel had been left in an authorised location. We did not receive your reply confirming that you do not have a Safeplace until yesterday.
Now that we have this confirmation, we have immediately appealed Royal Mail’s decision. We have specifically challenged the manner in which the parcel was delivered, as their own photograph shows it left partially protruding from your letterbox rather than securely inside your property.
Please be assured that we have not ignored your emails or simply refused to resolve this. We have been following the appropriate process with Royal Mail and needed the additional information requested from you before we could take the matter further.
We are very sorry that this has happened and will be in touch with you directly regarding the next steps.
Kind Regards,
Graham

The harness and matching lead in the busybees is really gorgeous. However I seem to have a wobbly french bulldog....
Colin is very much bulldog at the front with all his frenchness in his butt.
I therefore struggle with good fitting and comfy harnessess for him.
Saying that the service received was spot on but alas, still searching.
