Amazing service that I received from this company and most of all from Omer raza who was amazing at this service

We had the pleasure of booking our family Ummrah trip with Omar Raza at Baitullah Travel. Omar was super professional from the outset and booked the trip as per our requirements and used his vast experience to guide us through the process. He provided helpful tips which made it easy for us to complete our Ummrah. This was the third time my family was booking through Omar Raza but it was my first trip. Omar took the time to guide us through the process, provided detailed information in relation to the transfers from airports as well as the the Ziyarats. The transport company responsible for our travel in Saudi Arabia was great. The hotels were amazing and very convenient. I have recommend other family and friends to use Omar Raza at Baitullah Travel for their Hajj and Ummrah package booking. True professionals and they go far and beyond to help. A trip of a lifetime. I am ever so grateful. JazakAllah Khire

We have just booked our Umrah trip at the end of the October with the help of Brother Muslim Abbasi who has been very patient and graceful with us throughout the process. He made multiple quotations for us at our request to ensure we got the best deal and sent us all documentation as requested. We are looking forward to our trip inshaAllah

Brilliant service from Baitullah so far. Agent called Mohammed Moiz was very helpful and professional and arranged our umrah package. Very easy to communicate with either by telephone or WhatsApp. Thank you Moiz and Baitullah! Looking forward to our umrah trip iA.

I was looking to do Umrah and couldn’t find a good deal around for 2 people for a short stay. Agent Habib (0203-745-5585) went above and beyond by tailoring a package that was according to our needs.
Once we reached Makkah we realised that the hotel we were staying in was better than we expected. Alhumdulillah our experience was brilliant and it got even better upon reaching Madinah.
I have recommended this agent to family/friends and inshaAllah will be using them in future.
JazakAllah Khair for the service provided.

I recently contacted a travel agent for an Umrah package, and they have been excellent to work with, displaying a high level of professionalism in their customer interactions. Yasir Hameed is the travel agent from this company who assisted me, and he provided me with a very good package for umrah. I would recommend everyone to get in touch with Yasir Hameed when reaching out to Travel Times for travel to saudi for the purpose of umrah/hajj.
