Alhamdullilah what an amazing experience. Muhammad Moiz made it so easy and everything ran so smoothly. The brother could tell this was my first time booking umrah. He made sure everything was taken care off, from visa’s to flights accommodation. I could not recommend him enough, even a few members of my family have booked. As this was my first time I was nervous and anxious. But alhamdullilah Allah made it easy for me and Muhammad made sure I had nothing to worry about, hotel was so close by, and even Swiss hotel upgraded us to a kaba view room.

I engaged with Baitullqh travel for a travel booking that included a 5-star hotel stay with breakfast and a taxi service. Initially, everything seemed promising, and I provided a positive review as requested to secure a discount. However, the situation took a drastic turn when, a day before my flight, I received a call from the agent demanding an additional payment of £500 under the threat of canceling my reservations.

This not only caused severe distress but also led to the cancellation of the taxi and hotel, leaving me stranded upon arrival in Jeddah. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from the British Embassy, I was informed that the company had been dissolved in 2019, leaving me with no recourse.

The entire ordeal resulted in unexpected expenses and a significant breach of trust. I am sharing this experience on your platform to alert fellow users about the unprofessional conduct of [Agent/Company Name] and to request a thorough review and investigation into their practices.

First time booking with this company. A personal thanks to Moiaz for arranging all packages it was really helpful as we had so many changes but he was very patient and help every step of the way. He was even helpful when it came to payments as there was issues with making payments to clear invoice. All hotels were brilliant. Once again a brilliant service with its personal touch. The 10-day journey included direct flights with Saudi Airlines, hassle-free tourist visas, and stays at the Hilton convention in Makkah and Crowne Plaza in Madinah, both conveniently located near Masajid. The smooth transfer from Jeddah airport in a spacious mini-van accommodated all seven of us along with our luggage. Ziyara in both Makkah and Madinah, as well as transfers between the two cities and back to the airport, were seamlessly organized.

Despite changes to our original flights, Omar Raza was quick to rectify the issue, securing even more convenient alternatives on the same day. Alhamdulillah. By the mercy of Allah (swt) I have completed umrah with my wife. In this process Baitullah travels basically sister Sonia Mehak helped us a lot to get the evisa, hotel reservations and e tickets. One good thing about her is that she didn’t leave us when we paid full amout. Instead she used to knock me everyday to ask is everything going right. That’s was really a great customer service i have ever experienced. Without any doubt “Sonia Mehak” is an asset for Baitullah Travels.

Had a fantastic experience with Baitullah for our Umrah in October. We were hesitant as it was our first time and we didn’t know which company to choose that was reliable. Muslim Abbasi was really helpful in every step and chased things up for us when needed. He showed us a variety of packages and was flexible when we wanted to change parts of it. This all really eased our concerns and allowed us to have a good trip Alhamdulillah. The team in Saudi was great too, kept in regular communication and our transport was arranged easily with no hassle.
