My online order shipped quickly, arrived intact, and was accurate. The prices were great and the product descriptions were spot on. I also like the free shipping with a minimum order. Great experience.

Don't give them your credit card #! Bought an item listed as free shipping, then got an email a week later saying it was ready to ship, but I needed to drop my issue/case/problem with my credit card company for the $350 shipping charge(should have opened an issue asking for a total refund for both charges from the beginning). I reminded them it was listed as free shipping and they let me know anything freighted was charged freight. They never acknowledged the fact it was advertised on their website as free shipping! Since nothing had shipped, my card refunded all charged.

My initial experience was one star. Since reaching out to them about my disappointment on how most items were not shrink-wrapped, I received very good customer service and had all my questions and concerns addressed with free returns on the items that didn't meet my needs and help with custom orders on items I couldn't find anywhere else. Since then, it has been a 5-star experience, though I do caution new first-time customers to contact them about getting their items in packaging as most is bulk without packaging because of the generally lower prices.

We drove an hour to check out this business. Everyone was super helpful and pleasant. We chatted with employees and customers. We found everything we were looking for (we found some things we didn't even know we needed :) ) The volume of items they have was amazing. I am looking forward to my daughter using all the wonderful items she purchased! As a pastry chef she said she was in awe of the products they had in stock.

This company does not stand behind what they sell on their site. I spend over $7.800 on a tempering machine by chocovision the enrober was not working and was stuttering and once I let chocolate Flo into it completely froze up. After wanting to return it the day after they said they would have to charge me a 15% restocking fee because it’s now considered used.Mind you I wasn’t able to run a single chocolate through it.it had been nothing but aggravation and disappointment with this company. Not to mention, the time it has cost me to deal with them. Now they say the bowl I have returned, which I have never used was dirty and they cannot return it. Never again from this company.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at bakedeco.com, and I must admit, it was a much better experience than the last company I attempted to order from. The shipping was incredibly fast, and I was impressed by how well they communicated every step of the way. Even when there was a possibility of a shipping delay, they promptly updated me through the tracking page.

Comparing my experience with bakedeco.com to an Etsy shop that sells bakery emulsions, I can honestly say that bakedeco.com outshines the competition, hands down.

When I E mailed Bakedeco and they answered quickly and in a friendly efficient manner confirming that they do post to UK. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the in counter kitchen scales that I got from them. I had struggled to replace a Schlopp set of scales and had been left with a big hole in my worktop .
These arrived so quickly that I was surprised and they fit perfectly !! Brilliant !

They charge for items that are not in stock and not shipped. You have to call them to get a refund. I do almost all my shopping online and never have experienced this with any other vendor. Beware!!

The site is deceiving and prices are much much higher than described! - Don't waste your time and money here!

I ordered a pricy piece of equipment, it did not fit
it took them 2 weeks to send me a return label, i contacted by phone, emails, chat, I was given the runaround when I finally shipped the item back, they refuse to take it claiming it has been used?
how could that be? since it did not fit at the first place,

unprofessional, unreliable, poor customer service, defectuous product, just stay away you'll save time and money

Bought an $800 kitchenaid that was non responsive. It was only more convenient for them to arrange a refund instead of a replacement, which I would have preferred bcs I wanted THIS model. Did not respond to email about diagnosing unit instead of sending back to KA. Repairmen found a switch to be problem, which I ordered and replaced $114 more. When asked if they or KA would cover, KA turned on me with all they might bcs “ unit was opened” no warranty etc. Contact from bakedeco told me expressly replacement of this model was not option, KA said it was and that was reason for declining covering cost of switch. If you buy from them, you take a chance. If this was an easily available item, I would have returned for refund and bought another here or somewhere else. Bakedeco rep basically lied to me and left me out to dry. Lesson learned! Thanks Malky!

I wanted to make it a special day by making an extra special cake (I am a very, very amateur baker.)

After searching my small town for appropriate decorations and failing to find what I wanted, I took to the internet. Amazon had some of what I was looking for but at a price I thought a little steep. So I went looking around and stumbled on the bakedeco.com site. Their prices were about one-third what Amazon was asking, and they very, very kindly rushed the order with minimum shipping to make sure it arrived in time for me to use.
And my daughter loved it! I am very grateful and will definitely look to this site again for my cooking/baking needs.
