I recently received my order of halal meat, and I couldn't be happier! The quality is outstanding—everything was fresh and perfectly packaged. The range of items and (and substitutions when items not available) the ability to choose the preferred delivery date, and how well packaged everything was (I had glass bottles, oils, and frozen food in my order, and everything arrived in one piece and still frozen).

I really appreciate how the meat comes securely wrapped. The only suggestion would be to mark the items "unavailable" if they are out of stock. Helps with ordering them from other vendors in time.

Really disappointed. Majority of order not available which i should hopefully be refunded for soon. And of the three items delivered, the tahini has leaked and to be honest i am not even using it as you cannot see a best before date - the text on the cap has faded so badly i can only assume it is pretty old. So basically paid £7.57 for two bars of chocolate i could have bought at B&M for £2!

Two stars as delivery was good and order process straightforward, but still a lot of work needing done here, you really need to link live stock to your website. I wouldn't have ordered if i knew most of my items were out of stock.

Delivery was less than 3 days all items great quality some I have never seen outside the Middle East. The prices were excellent and delivery was free because we ordered more than £20.00.
Our first purchase was only dates the second purchase a variety of items all first class quality great price and delivery we will order regular requirements now and recommend Bakkali to everyone.

Even though I live in a major city in the south west, I've not found a local halal store that has a the halal meat, chilled foods and world foods like this website! They are honest, giving me a refund if they couldn't provide anything but they otherwise provided 95% of my order. It came within 3 days with frozen ice packs, so even though I wasn't home for 2 hours- everything was still fresh. You have a new regular customer! Great service allahuma barik. Keep up the good work!

Huge variety of authentic imported products, UK based and fast delivery, everything was well packed. Contacted them and service was very quick and efficient, no hassle at all. Will use again, and recommend. I only wish ingredients lists could be added, but these can change a lot so maybe it's better to check other official sources, or to simply ask them if unsure.
