Very Disappointing Service – Would Not Recommend

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Oasis Market.

My order was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, but it never arrived. I contacted the company on Thursday to complain and was told that they were sorry and would get back to me the following morning with an update.

However, I received no update, no explanation, and no further communication. I was left waiting for an order that had already been paid for, with no idea what was happening.

What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service. Delays can sometimes happen, but when a company promises to contact a customer and then simply does not respond, that is unacceptable.

I have now requested a full refund because I no longer want the order. After this experience, I would not order from Oasis Market again and unfortunately cannot recommend them.

Same experience as the other low rated reviews. Placed an order chose my delivery day and of course nothing arrived reached out them on what's app and email and nothing! Not even the courtesy to reply is the most frustrating part. Ill be going through my bank for the refund save your time and money there are much better companies to order from such as saffron alley which is where I will be going from now. Also please dont bother replying to this review telling me to reach out to an email to sort out the issues when you couldn't be bothered to reply the first time I reached out to you on ALL platforms.

I had a great experience with Oasis Market. Their customer service team was very polite, professional, and extremely helpful. I wanted my order to be delivered the next day instead of the suggested five-day delivery time, so I emailed them, and they responded quickly and arranged for the order to arrive on time. Their products are really good and similar to what we have in Egypt. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service.

I had a good experience overall. My order arrived on time, and the product was exactly as described. The quality was good, and the service was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely order again. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there’s still a little room for improvement.

Scam company took my money then stopped responding. Initially said they’ll
Deliver a week later then it was ‘too hot’ then sent a fake dpd link and dpd have received no parcel and now I’ve raised a dispute with my bank for over £100. They don’t respond it’s just a what’s app awful company don’t use.

I think we must be one of the unlucky people using Oasis, it seemed ok but an order we placed eight days ago has not arrived. We had a what's app message saying there has been delay and we would have items today 24th July. But it never came and we have not had update, despite trying to whats app Oasis. I don't normally criticise firms but due to the poor response we have had I feel should warn people to avoid this company

Following my negative review on 23rd july
I had a telephone call from male from the Oasis market. They were very apologetic about the delay of our order. They stated our order would be given priority. On Tuesday 28th july we had a DPD email stating they were waiting for our order. We got our order on 29th july.
I am not sure what I feel, Oasis offered a good price for the items we bought and they did apologize for the delay.
I am pleased Oasis delivered our items.
In the future I suggest Oasis needs to tighten up with deliveries, and offer customers a realistic time scale ( I don't mean super fast). I think they may also need to keep closer communication via email.
I am pleased will give Oasis 7 out of 10

It was swift and customer care and support was amazing. Delivery was on time as promised. I am sure ordering again and again as well as I will also refer others. Thank you

Amazing service, very responsive and understanding and the items are really good. Arrived the next day.

I ordered 5 items from this place, 2 of them came damaged, and 1 of them didn't even arrive! I ordered filo pastry that came half opened, frozen kebbe that came COMPLETELY thawed, and a shanklesh that didn't show up at all. Disappointed is an understatement. I emailed them for a refund for the 3 items and as expected, no answer. Cannot recommend this shop less. Save your money.

After leaving the review on Friday 19th June. Oasis Market replied saying I should send them an email to resolve this the situation, which you should not do as they still have not replied to my emails from the 16th June (they are replying this to make them look better for their bad services) Oasis Market then called me and said the reason why I haven’t received my order is because DPD missed the collection - which I doubt is true as they need to ship the item to DPD to then be delivered to me. Oasis Market advised that I should have received my order by latest yesterday however, as per usual I checked the updated DPD Tracker and they have confirmed that it’s me that Oasis Market still hasn’t processed the shipping of my item.
After all this time they are still not replying on any platforms,not providing a refund nor sending the item
