Nothing quite sure as I have defrosted 2 frozen cod loins and half the weight seems to be water! Still oozing water after hours being defrosted!

After the initial disappointment of non delivery on the 6th and sat 7th March i must admit that by using DPD couriers who are useless i decided to change my delivery to my girlfriend lo and behold they delivered within the slot time given and I must say the salmon and trout were to die for better than my fishmonger the sea bass my girlfriend will be making fish pie and the haddock and ham shanty cannot wait to taste. I must give a big thank you to the staff for their help I'm looking forward to ordering every 6 to 8 weeks fresh

I looked forward to my delivery on March 6th. But it never arrived. Received phone call from Regal fish apologising and promised delivery on Saturday before midday. This also didn't happen. On phoning this morning I requested a refund. I cannot comment on quality of product as I never received it. Unfortunately while they use dpd as courier's they will be let down

Fisrst time using this company and found the product and service supreme

A salesman knocked on my door and began his pitch. I listened, but when I asked if he could leave some information with me, as I don’t like making decisions on the doorstep, his response felt quite aggressive and he stormed off.

I appreciate he may have been having a bad day, but I don’t respond well to feeling pressured into making an immediate decision. I already use other food delivery services and would likely have considered trying this one, but I prefer to take a bit of time to process the information and do my own due diligence before committing.

Unfortunately, the interaction left me with a negative impression.

Orders Smoked Haddock ,Haddock,Bass,Premium Scampi, Bag of Prawns, 4xBreaded Haddock , Sweet chilli & Lime /Lemon Sole Goujons and Lemon & Pepper Haddick Goujons and all came on time very nicely Packed and all individually sealed . All looks very nice and was good value for money as did not cost as much as it probably would from the fish monger. Very pleased with my order and the quality of the fish

Ordered salmon wellington. Paid for salmon wellington got cod. Expensive to buy and very expensive delivery charge. No more

Nice sales guy, thought i was getting better quality. Reality is getting a bag of frozen prawns and a thin slice of cod for £28. Prawns look like they have been carved out of an ice berg with about an inch of ice round each one, leave me to believe they have been frozen for a decade. Honestly better quality in Aldi. First, and last, order and if you read this before buying then I'd give it a miss.

These guys do spam you so much it’s starting to do my head in DO NOT give them your details.

To cut a long story short I had a man do door to door sales man he seemed nice enough and I thought I would give it a chance. I changed my mind after with the prices and canceled the order. Ever since Ive had emails/ things put through the door and now phone calls. With silence they should get the message but they won’t stop pestering you. So far I’ve blocked their sales number and will be doing the same with emails.

Beware of the pushy sales man when he comes knocking (I’m not joking)

Just had my second order from Regal fish and have just had the Chilean Mussels which were the biggest,tastiest mussels I have ever had

Ordered for the first time 8 x whole cooked Canadian Lobsters invited friend over to enjoy. I can not stress enough how bad the Lobsters were. First they arrived on time so 5 stars for delivery. I opened the box lobsters were half thawed and smelled very bad green water in bags only 3 of 8 sealed. 6 lobsters had broken claws and all smell of bad fish. They were awfull tougher than beef jerky. I would say beware of buying here terrible product poor quality tough as a skinheads boot. Will never deal again total rip off. I am a genuine customer 66112. Very disappointed all around

Good quality fish, but more hassle and more expensive than supermarket shopping.
When politely stated that I no longer wished to keep going with the service, they called me many times, the maximum being 7 times today. It's harassment. Avoid this company!

Good flavour, texture and thickness of cold smoked salmon, preferred to other brands
Unfortunately there was bones in all slices which I needed to cut out. First time purchasing this brand so unsure if this is common or not.

Our mixed fish order arrived today. Fantastic service. Will be back for more !

Just received my first order, so disappointed. Paid £47 with delivery, crab wasn't even enough for one person! Never ordering again.

I've had some good fish, but I'm not impressed with the pestering telephone calls. I will not be ordering from them again because I discovered they had stored my debit card details without my permission. They assured me they would now delete my card details but have refused to email me confirming this. Shabby service , very disappointed .

Sometimes you can only judge how good a company is when you have a problem that needs sorting out. I had a problem with a courier delivery, not caused by Regal Fish themselves, and I can only say that the efforts they took (phoning me) and the follow up (writing a letter!! who does that nowadays?) to make sure I was content with my order were excellent. And just to be clear, the fish and seafood that was delivered was absolutely top quality and delicious.

My partner was asked to spend 20 pounds, said she would like some salmon. You then asked her to increase it, she said prawns, you then said add a cool bag to increase it. Then when my partner was unsure you said we can come and bring it and you can see if you like it, you delivered whilst we were out, delivered to the back of the house which we didn’t permit you to access and left fish in our back garden - we haven’t paid or made an actual agreement to buy anything.

I have been ordering from Regal Sish Supplies for a number of years. Excellent customer service. The delivery men are brilliant-so reliable and of course, their products are the best.

I am now regularly ordering my fish from Regal - it is so much better than fish from the supermarkets. The delivery experience using DPD is also excellent.
