No delivery, just vague excuses, and no attempt to sort it out.
I ordered and paid for delivery on a specific day. At 3pm on the day of delivery Wright Bros emailed me to say DPD had had an "unexpected" problem in Hinckley and my delivery was no longer coming. But not to worry though DPD would probably deliver it tomorrow (don't know when though, as Hinckley is like the Bermuda triangle) and it'd probably be fine as they'd packed it well, and thanks for your patience. Oh and if it is off, "contact us and we'll help you". Wright Bros state they are "passionate about delivering the finest, freshest seafood straight to your door." Shame their delivery partner doesn't share that passion.... I responded saying not good enough, I'm not in tomorrow, and I expect a full refund, as the item had not arrived on time, but got no response from Wright Bros. Pretty clear the email they sent was the standard one when DPD screw up yet again, and they don't monitor the responses and just hope the delivery turns up the customer doesn't complain....
Note the response.... basically a waste of time booking a specific delivery day. DPD turned up and left the delivery outside my house OVER 48 hrs after it was originally dispatched. Products weren't particularly cold and we didn't risk it, so basically a waste of money. You're better off going to a local shop...

As outlined in our delivery information and terms and conditions, delays of up to 24 hours can occasionally occur due to courier issues outside of our control. Our packaging is designed to keep products fresh for up to 48 hours in transit.
We also recommend scheduling delivery a day ahead of any important plans to allow for unexpected delays.
We understand this was frustrating and appreciate your understanding.

Told me it's my responsibility to receive a package they have misdelivered and refused to refund when delivering to the wrong place.
Wright brothers wants me to report a crime for an item they delivered to the wrong place and waste police time. Don't waste your time with delivery from this business.
To update, following this review they tried to take it down for defamatory content despite being my experience

We’re sorry you feel this way. As explained, the parcel was marked as delivered with photo confirmation and GPS . You reported this parcel is missing/stolen from the delivery location .To investigate or issue any resolution, a crime reference number is required this was clearly requested, but not provided. We always ask for crime reference number as this may help the police also with further crimes in the area .

'Grey' Langoustines
On arrival a plethora of 'frozen' langoustines were discoloured, resembling a grey/brown colouration. In no way the vibrant colours expected from 'fresh' langoustines. Instantly discarded at great expense. Risk not worth taking despite half hearted reassurances from the organisation. Avoid, a much better product/service to be found elsewhere.
