After my zoom I ve had one email sent to me and since then I ve sent six emails with no response. I ve sent messages on stephanies Instagram asking for her to reach out to me and that I hadn't heard anything from her . I did recieve an automated message saying to reply not on insrmtagrambut through the email that was on her wig website.I sent two emails through her website where you can order her wigs . and sadly nothing . its hurtful and upsetting feeling like you found someone to trust and wig that is an answered prayer. to only have empty promise of contact with no contact back. if you re wanting a custom wig dont hold your breath because it won't happen sadly

I want to sincerely apologise for how this has felt from your side. I completely understand why you’d feel hurt and unsettled, especially after taking the time to have a consultation and feeling ready to move forward.
I’ve carefully searched through my inboxes and, unfortunately, I can’t locate any replies from you after the email I sent following our Zoom consultation on 17th December. I also wrote to you again on 10th February (before this review was posted), but I didn’t receive a response to that either. I also went back through our older conversations and I also noticed that I emailed you on 3rd December before your consultation occurred, and didn't get a response from that also. I regularly check my junk/spam folders as well and still haven’t been able to find anything from you.
Because I didn’t see a reply, I genuinely assumed you may have wanted time to think things through. Many people enquire and then come back when they feel ready, and I never want to pressure anyone into moving ahead before they’re comfortable and so I waited for you to return in your own time rather than chasing you.
I can also see your address is a work email, and I know myself how often messages can be filtered unexpectedly. It happens to me frequently too and so I just want to flag that maybe my emails may have fallen in your junk. Would you mind having another check in your junk mail just in case?
I’m truly sorry for the upset this has caused, because I would feel the same in your position. My inbox is always open and I’m here to help whenever you wish to continue. We can absolutely pick things back up and move forward together.

Absolutely love my Sofia wig from the Olivia McVeigh collection. I wanted to wait a few months before leaving a review after having a bad experience with another wig brand and I’m so glad I did.
From start to finish, Steph made the whole experience feel incredibly personal. Despite how busy and in demand she clearly is, she was always so responsive, caring, and attentive which truly made me feel valued as a customer.

The Most Luxurious, Natural, and Comfortable Wig I’ve Ever Worn!
From start to finish, my experience with Baldy Lox Boutique was incredible. Steph was so kind, attentive, and easy to reach throughout the entire process, always keeping me updated and ensuring everything went smoothly. Even shipping was seamless, and she went above and beyond to follow customs standards so that I wouldn’t be charged duties when shipping to Canada, as my order was for a medical condition. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much.
After wearing wigs for five years, I knew exactly what I wanted — a Custom 13x6 Lace Frontal at 200% density since it sheds like real hair, with silicone added in the back, no clips to avoid bulk, and extra length to account for natural shedding and breakage over time. Steph understood every detail and brought it all to life perfectly.
I was initially nervous to order a wig online, but it was completely worth it. The custom process was amazing and allowed me to have the wig made exactly how I envisioned it. Steph took the time to understand how I like to wear my hair and made sure every detail reflected that. The end result feels perfectly tailored to me and how I feel most comfortable.
This is the first wig I have ever felt completely comfortable and confident in. It looks unbelievably natural and fits perfectly. Even my stylist was amazed by the quality and how realistic it looks. Lovely owner but not the best wigs
Steph is a really lovely owner, and communication was good, but I am afraid the wig wasn’t exactly as expected. I should have told them about my issues but I really had to switch out my previous wig. I got the Petite size and it still very big on my head slipping around, and the hair get very dry, it seem nothing helps. I only had other real hair wigs before this and non of them became this dry and tangly. And for people with sensitive scalps the beginner wig isnt the best option
