I can not emphasize enough just how grateful I am for Stephanie and her high standards regarding leaving every customer happy and satisfied. She appreciates everyone equally. I had a little misunderstanding regarding my custom wig, and she was so understanding towards me and patient until everything was resolved. She gave me my smile back along with a full set of gorgeous hair on my head. The wigs are beautiful and made with love. The wig, as well as the experience with Stephanie, is worth the price. Company with a Heart
Investing in a human hair wig for medical hair loss, especially online for the first time, was a scary leap for me. Steph was truly empathetic and understanding throughout an emotional process. I’ve had wig consultations at other boutiques where I felt rushed or pressured to purchase, but Steph was exceptionally patient, informative, and kind. She seems to genuinely care about her clients being nothing short of in love with their wigs, which is so important in an expensive industry with such vulnerable clients and very hit-or-miss product quality. Thank you Steph for caring deeply about your work, and for being responsive to custom orders even during a busy ready-to-ship collection season!

Third wig
I just received my third wig and can’t be happier about it. They are all absolutely beautiful and to be honest I never really seen anything like that on the market. Very luxurious and nobody will suspect this is a wig. People complementing me a lot how beautiful the hair is.
I have a hair loss due to skin condition and started wearing wigs 20 years ago. This is another level for sure.

Experience with two wigs
I recently purchased two wigs from Baldylox Boutique, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Both wigs are stunningly beautiful and incredibly realistic. The quality is exceptional, with hair that feels unbelievably soft and luxurious. The professional and gorgeous color work is mind blowing. Every time I wear my wig, I receive endless compliments, and no one ever suspects it’s not my natural hair until I tell them. Even hairdressers are astonished by the high quality. The wigs are super soft and silky, boosting my confidence to new heights. For the first time, I don't feel any "shame" or fear about people discovering I'm wearing a wig because they simply can't tell.
Given that buying a wig is a significant investment, I want to address a few concerns mentioned in other reviews to help potential customers make an informed decision:
1. **Lace Quality**: Some reviews mentioned issues with the lace. However, I found the lace on both of my wigs to be soft and undetectable. It is genuine HD lace without compromises, and the knots are perfectly bleached.
**Parting the hair**: Parting the hair can be a bit tricky but not impossible/ not difficult. My uneducated guess is that, since the hair is very thick and there is a lot of it, it will resist a bit when changing the part. Just use some water and a blowdrier. Finish with blowdrying the part you want the flattest, or even better use a curling iron to flatten the part. It’s really not that difficult.
2. **Response Times and Delivery**: As a very small business with a high volume of customers, there may be delays in email responses. Stephanie, the owner, works tirelessly to manage both her online business and the physical salon. It's important to understand and respect the hard work she puts in to attend to everyone. Custom orders can take a few months, which is typical in this industry. If you need a wig quickly, I recommend waiting for the Ready To Ship collection, which is released monthly. I received my Ready To Ship wigs in just a few days here in Denmark.
3. **Negative Reviews**: I have seen the 1-star review that I find hard to understand. My experience with Baldylox Boutique has been nothing short of fantastic.
Stephanie really goes out of her way to help the customers best she can and I hope we can all appreciate the hard work her and her team do. Yes it is a big investment but it is worth every penny!
