This is the second time I have used this company and I'm still thrilled to bits with the service! Any queries I had before my order were answered promptly, the balloons were delivered to my holiday parks nice and early, which means the staff were able to set them up for us which was lovely when we got to our lodge. The balloons are accurate and as described (we had numbers and pet air walkers) and they are pretty much still fully inflated at the end of the week. I love this company, I will definitely be using them again and I will be recommending yo all my friends :)

Service was brilliant, I had a small problem with my order but it was resolved very quickly with the staff and they were proactive in getting in touch and keeping me updated.

Balloon monkey have a great variety .This is the 2nd time I have used them. They communication when my order was sent and delivered was outstanding.

Really blooming excellent. After years of driving and stuffing helium balloons in cars for my kids birthday this was SO EASY! Plus they use DPD which is worth 5 stars in and of itself. Really good, value for money and excellently done.

I have used Balloon Monkey on several occasions and they have never let me down. Delivered what was asked for and when required.
My recent order was for a delivery to a hospital as a friend was recovering from a operation. Suddenly my friend was being discharged 2 days earlier than expected. I emailed Balloon Monkey immediately (not really expecting them to be able to help) and they were able to redirect the balloons just before they were on their way. I am so grateful and they arrived and achieved the smiles I was hoping for. Thank you everyone at Balloon Monkey.

We had some birthday balloons delivered on 02/09/23 to our holiday B&B in Salcombe. The order process was easy to follow and the balloons arrived in good time. They looked fantastic. The date is now 10/10/23 and the balloons have only just started deflating! I am so impressed with this company. Thank you. I will definitely be purchasing from you again in the future and highly recommend you to others.

I just wanted to send a quick message to say thanks and how well the balloons I purchased recently lasted, the large 50 stayed 'up' for nearly 4 weeks, the group of balloons is still going from the 5th of August, now mid September !!

These are not the lowest cost but lasting this long was awesome and made the recipient very happy.

Incredibly frustrating. Have now been trying for over an hour to order some balloons for my Mum's 88th birthday. It took me ages to choose carefully but I can't get the order to progress beyond the basket stage to payment and delivery. What a waste of time. I've been in and out of the site starting over at least 5 times but always the same - big freeeeeeze.

Addendum: So then I tried to ring them (in Warks) and got an American voice saying they can't answer calls and I should email - not likely!!! Found an alternative.

My sister bought both her and I a coronation balloon in May and both of them are still up. Shows what a good company they are.

My balloons arrived deflated I have tried for well over a week to contact then no phone answered and email sent 3over the last week or so with no reply what so ever wrose company I have every delt with balloons where to cheer my granddaughter who had been very ill that never happened don't waste your money

So easy to order. I uploaded an image which was printed perfectly - everything arrived on time and looked even better than I expected!

Ordered three balloon bunches including a personalised balloon for my wedding vow renewal. It was very easy to order. They arrived exactly when they promised, the balloons were great and they’re still floating three weeks later!

Requested to change the delivery date. Emailed and called to revise, then cancel as directed on their website before the dispatch date. No reply to 3 x emails and phone number is an automated message directing you to email, not call. Won’t be using again.

Really straightforward to order, and picked my mums birthday date, was kept up to date on the delivery- arrived perfectly on time and my mum loved them they looked really really nice! So pleased, will use again.

Arrived on time and order was correct but balloon deflated much quicker than expected. Also website says 'most' orders qualify for free delivery with no detail which feels a bit disingenuous. I paid almost £5 delivery which was a lot given how much the balloons already cost. Not good value for money.

I bought a 12 ballon bunch get well soon balloon for a girl at work who had just had an operation . Everyone said how colourful the balloons were and well designed. Would recommend ballon monkey excellent balloon bunch and delivered on the day requested
