For the high price, the quality is incredibly poor. Balloons didn’t even stay floating for a full day, despite taking precautions to keep them indoors, away from air vents, etc. We’ve had much better... Toon meer
Highly overpriced for what you get. Delivery fee is an outrageous $34 and the delivery window is way too wide (10AM-4PM) - so unless you want to spend your entire special day at home waiting for them... Toon meer

Great customer service!
I ordered balloons for my daughter's birthday only to find out she would not be home to receive them. I contacted Balloon Planet the morning of the delivery (within the delivery window), and they stopped the delivery and rescheduled it for me. Though I would have totally understood if it had been too late to change the order, I was so appreciative that they took steps to help me out. Would absolutely use them again. Class act!

Nice Idea
I rank this business four stars because I was not completely satisfied with the service. I ordered a custom balloon bouquet consisting of seven balloons, all but one were in perfect condition; the one that was not was half deflated upon delivery. My biggest disappointment was the card. They give you an option of having a personal message attached, which I selected. It was hand written, with very sloppy penmanship, I assumed for the price I paid, it would have been more professional, like being printed on. In fact, I was very upset with the card. I do applaud the timely and accurate delivery, though. Overall, this company is a nice idea.. especially if you're trying to surprise someone. The website is very easy to navigate and the selections are vast.
First time ordering from this company, never heard of them before until I did my research, wasn't all bad. Totally legit. In the future, if occasion arises, I would probably order from them again.
Thank you.
