Unfortunately, I sent this to my granddaughter and they didn't open it up for a week :-( The balloons were obviously very flat so a big disappointment for her graduation celebration (but totally our fault!!)

Very pleased with the customer service. I didn't noticed at once that you can choose your own bouquet of balloons, which is a very nice option, and the customer service was very receptive, helped me to solve that problem and changed the order in no time)) Plus I could track the whole delivery process.
The balloons came in time in a big box with sweets and it was a wonderful surprise for a little girl))

What a fun surprise.
I am always looking for an unusual gift for my mom. She turned 93 this year so I sent her the balloons in a box. I made my sister videotape her reaction and it was priceless. The giggles that came out of her mouth made my day. One of the balloons was deflated and the company gave me a discount. Now that’s excellent service.

Balloons in the Box was a wonderful surprise
for our grandson who had an elbow surgery. The box was filled with get well balloons, and balloons with positive, happy thoughts. When Josh opened the box, a sad look turned into a BIG SMILE as the balloons popped out of the box.
