Thank you for your business. Delivery was great. My daughters was so surprised for her birthday. Tears of joy!!!!! Made the day special.

I specifically picked a date that I wanted to be deliver for a birthday and it got there too early that the balloons displayed it at the time of the birthday

He was very surprised! It arrived earlier in the day rather than later. Will use this service again it was something different and meaningful.

Was easy to order, good selection and was very happy with the end result!

I was lucky enough to be able to witness the opening of the box via video chat. The balloons were attached to the card so it made for a great presentation. I opted for the candy as well and it was great to see the single piece of candy included. The balloons all appeared just as they were pictured. All in all it was exactly the experience I was hoping for.

the box was crushed and the 3 ballloons,, I thought I ordered a doxen had lost some helium... my son was disappointed on his birthday surprise by how it looked

I wasn’t expecting follow up but next day after posting this review customer service reached out and made amends! Appreciate that so much even though I was really just making a review not looking for refund or anything.

Wish you could deliver on shorter notice since I ordered 2 weeks in advance of the occasion .
And where do you put the greeting message to the recipient? My recipient looked all over the packaging, on the attached little card- they found no message and did not know who even sent them the balloons!

I am sorry but the balloon was very small and the candy, which was 2 mere twizzler sticks, were just thrown in the box. I was embarrassed to have sent this as a gift.

Easy to order and my friend loves them! Definitely would order again!

Balloons were not completely inflated. Quality was not what was expected. Definitely not $40 worth of balloons.

Order on 9/6/2022 the Balloons and birthday card for delivery on 9/13/2022, that was the day the recipients birthday. The order was confirmed as well the delivery date. On 9/13/2022 at 5pm no delivery. Called and was told the delivery had delay of 2 days. 2 days after birthday. New delivery date 9/15/2022.I was not happy at all, and as per info they did not had any reason available for delay. Then 9/15/2022 still no delivery and no update was given. Finally on 9/16/2022 at 11:30am package arrived..

9/22/2022 Update to my previous review. I was contacted by Tiffany, regards my review and the problems I did run into.. Tiffany apologized sincerely about the late delivery and failed communication. Something that is unusual for Balloninthebox. Due to the inconveniences, I did also received a full refund. Tiffany was very professional in her communication what does go a long way and I do appreciate it . It was not about the refund, I want to make this clear. This professional behavior and care made me feel good about Ballooninthebox. It does show that they do care about their customers and listen to the customers. Something you don't see a lot these days. Thank you Tiffany, Thank you Ballooninthebox.

I was pleased with the experience. I would give 5 stars had I been able to see the end product. Being in a different state and sending to a sick person made it impossible for me to be sure of what it looked like.

Easy to order, good vfm and delivered on time. Ordered 3 inflated 21st balloons from UK for my son who is New York! Looked brilliant thank you and the opportunity to send a recorded message from us all back home for him to listen too was a special added bonus 😊

Very disappointed, made a telephone call to the USA to place an order. The three balloons DID NOT pop out of the box with confetti as two were already deflated upon arrival on Tuesday 9th August. Spent a fortune to arrange these. Unsatisfactory and very sad for the recipient 🙁
