I wanted my daughter to be surprised. They never sent it at all until I sent an email. It was supposed to have a 40 balloon and they sent a little sign. Worst delivery ever and poor customer service.

Your website prevented me from placing…
Your website prevented me from placing my order. I called in my order which took forever! Had to spell every word very slowly and some multiple times. I ordered ahead of when I wanted the ballon’s delivered, one order a day late the other one 2 days late. You have a great product but your execution needs a lot of work!!!

The good news is that my brother…
The good news is that my brother enjoyed it. The bad news is that it arrived the day after his birthday and the box was very damaged. The balloons were fine but instead of them all saying Happy Birthday, one of them said congratulations.

This was part of a 40th birthday gift…
This was part of a 40th birthday gift that was suppose to be delivered on 6/18/24. It was ordered in May with plenty of time for it to get there. Instead it was 4 days late and came in when my coworker was off for the day. One of the balloons was rip open so we had to trash it. Plus the string was through the corner of the box which we think caused the ballon to rip!
I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!

I’ve sent a few Balloons in a Box to friends for birthday presents. Very well-received!! Balloons are securely packaged.
The reason for 4 stars, not 5, is the cost variance between purchasing on Amazon vs. direct. It makes the options confusing. There may also have been shipping and delivery (and website availability) differences.
But I will definitely purchase again. Great gift!!

Some deflated - Refunded
Two of the balloons came deflated (one was actually ripped at the seam and ther other was just deflated), the other two that did float in the air were not completely inflated but they did float. The box was a little mangled and the balloons not floating right out was a little but of a bummer for our daughter, I was really excited for this idea and it let me down. However, I would speak highly of their customer service. I emailed in, they asked for photos and within a day or so had issued a refund.
