Great product. My 7 year old nephew is very excited about it.

It is very simple for them to use it, this is why we opted for this rather than original instrument.

Delivery took few weeks, a bit lest than a month.
Generally we are happy with the drum. Very relaxing tones.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ME EMAILS. I GET AUTOMATED RESPONSES. THEY DIDNT EVEN REFUND.

I bought a drum in november 2025.
It’s february 20th and I have not receive anything. However they charged me with no delay obviously.
I have been aski g for refund without any success.
Please be advise, do not fall for it.

I am writing this to warn others about balmyworld.com. I placed my order on December 10th and have now been waiting for 70 days.
The merchant explicitly admitted via email that my package (Tracking: YE180238766CN) was lost in transit. They promised a reshipment, but this turned out to be a deliberate stalling tactic. Since I accepted their offer, they have gone completely silent and failed to provide any proof of a new shipment for over 7 days.
They use overly polite language to trick customers into waiting until the bank dispute window expires. Do not be fooled. I have officially reported this merchant to the Norwegian Police (Politiet) under Case Number: 17091386.
I have also initiated a formal Visa CHARGEBACK through my bank. Avoid this store at all costs. They admit the loss but refuse to actually deliver or refund.
You have 120 days for CHARGEBACK!

UPDATE TO FOLLOW:
Today 20.02 (After 2 DAYS!!!), I received a 'surprise' on my doorstep—an unexpected package from an unknown sender (Tracking: LM224190741NO). Based on its shape and weight, it strongly resembles the item from Balmyworld. I have already sent it back via the post office, notified my bank, and I am proceeding with the chargeback process!

UPDATE TO FOLLOW:
26.03 the chargeback finished. I got my money back. Thanks to my bank!
My main advice: if you wait for a package for more than a month, it is probably at a local warehouse near you. As soon as you start a dispute (chargeback) in your bank, your package can arrive very fast! But it is better to avoid this shop.

Great customer service and problem solving! Plus a wonderful product: the drum has exquisite tones, it is easy to play with drum sticks and/or finger tappers. The song books give you all the moves to play popular tunes and it's a great way to create your own!

Not received. I want a refund now!
I ordered Panda drum on 01/01/2026 until today 01/16/26 is not delivered yet and tracking use as 17TRACK.NET is not working properly not giving any information or unable to give tracking information just froze unresponsive app. I am so frustrated waiting for so long and package originally from China. I tried to get my money back I will not recommend anybody to buy this item; this is very disappointing it is a red flag that they do not have a contact phone number to call for support. So, you must wait for an extended period with no use for tracking information!

Ordered 22nd December. It’s huge money when other brands doing same thing for a fraction of the price but I believed this was the superior product. Still not received. Not even dispatched. I want a refund. Now.

I received the drum as a gift. It was well packed and I like the music book that came with it. I’m really enjoying learning to play.

The Balmy Drum is fantastic. Diliverytime very loong. I would like to have the option for homedelivery bca. Disability/ no car.

The beautiful instrument was well presented and packaged so it was an exciting present for my Grandchildren to receive for Christmas.

Good quick delivery, plenty of communication re status of order

The drum arrived on time ! and I appreciated getting an email stating that you were busy and doing your best to get the product out.

I placed an order on December 3. I never received notice from the delivery service (DAO) that my product could be picked up. DAO cannot be reached by phone and they are unresponsive to email. I have sent more than 10 emails to Balmy and every time, they blandly respond that they'll investigate it. It's been over 1-month and I am wondering how legit this business is. I do not recommend ordering as it isn't guaranteed you'll get a product and then waste a month of your life following up. Not worth the hundred bucks I spent PLUS MY KID DIDN'T GET THEIR CHRISTMAS GIFT. And, from these comments, I am not the only one.

I’m very happy with my Balmy Drum kit! The packages arrived in good time & excellent condition. I also received several email updates on my order making me feel rest assured with my order. I love my new Balmy Drum kit & the beautiful music & sounds it makes & would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a unique musical instrument! ❤️🎶
