A few years ago, I began paying much closer attention to my health and overall wellness. Discovering InsideTracker marked one of the most insightful and transformative moments in that journey.
In the past, my annual physical exams provided only limited and fairly generic tracking of key biomarkers—standard panels that offered little insight into my individual needs or how to optimize them. InsideTracker introduced me to a truly personalized approach to biomarker analysis. For the first time, I gained a clear, actionable understanding of my unique biology and felt I had real control over improving and maintaining my health.
The platform’s detailed reports, science-backed recommendations, and focus on individualized optimization have been eye-opening. They’re knowledgeable without being overwhelming and supportive without being pushy, which makes a big difference when you’re navigating health data. I purchased a package and forgot to use it, so it expired. When I contacted them, they not only extended the date, they gave me a free year subscription! Great customer service from Blaira! I have used them in the past, and the results are always interesting and very thorough. They have great tools to optimize your health!

They will steal your data and won't suppress it even tho you asked them multiple times to delete all your data and to remove your infos from their company. Then keep harassing you per mail to join back their awful service. Worthless company and service, make an excel, a notion, or whatever other solution that keeps you away from inside tracker

InsideTracker.com repeatedly told me that my prescription would be completed “today,” then “soon,” then “they’re working on it.” It has now been several weeks with no prescription provided and no clear answers or follow-up.

Customer support gave us the runaround, never offering a complete or direct explanation—just vague assurances with no follow-through. The only thing provided was basic bloodwork results, which can be obtained at a free clinic, offering no real value for what was paid.

Most frustratingly, they failed to disclose upfront that they cannot fill prescriptions in my state due to lack of authorization. This information was never clearly communicated until after significant time had passed, effectively stringing us along with false expectations.

In the end, there was no movement on the prescription, no meaningful service delivered, and no transparency. This experience felt misleading and was a complete waste of time and money.

The customer service at InsideTracker is probably one of the best services I've received in some time. I had an issue with a previous order and their customer service rep Janina was on it! She was very responsive and ask clarifying questions to help me resolve my issue. 10/10 customer service.

What an incredible company!!! I've been with them for several years now and had purchased several tests as part of a package. I was spacing them out as part of my health journey and didn't realize that they had an expiry date. No problem at all though, as the amazing InsideTracker team (shout out to Blaira!) extended the tests immediately and without any issue. Excellent customer service and why they're my only choice for these tests and nutritional support!!!

Had a problem with expiring tests that had been purchased a while back. Didnt need to use them all recently due to other tests being done. Contacted the Inside Tracker team and they were very understanding and provided additional time for me. This was great customer service and a quick response/

The process was much easier than I expected and I have found the data to be invaluable. I've shared it with my GP and nutritionist as I work on getting back in shape. Instead of just hoping that I'm getting healthier, now I have actual numbers that I can track. Definitely worth it.

Very easy to use, fast results, good information for me to use

I signed up for a test and it was very easy. Just got my blood drawn and then got my results a day or so later. Really helpful and interesting results, insights, and recommendations. Everything was easy to understand and use. Also love the science-backed information they continue to share.

A few years ago, I paid a one-time fee to InsideTracker that gave me lifetime access to upload my blood results and analyze them (called the DIY plan if I remember correctly). This worked fine until yesterday, when I logged in and was blocked by an "Activate Membership" popup asking me to pay for a monthly subscription. I can't use the site anymore unless I pay again.

I contacted customer service, but they told me that while the plan was "intended to be yearly", their system didn't enforce renewals at the time. Now they've moved to a subscription model, and if I want to keep using the functionality I originally paid for, I have to subscribe. No refund, no honoring of what was promised.

When I paid for lifetime access, there was no mention of this being temporary. To change the rules years later and lock me out feels dishonest. My existing results may still be visible, but the core functionality I purchased has been taken away.

This is not only bad customer service, it's misleading business practice.

I spent over 500 dollars on test that I never had a chance to use. Went on to try and book since I got an email that access to my account was closing and found out the test had expired? My bad I guess for not reading the fine print. I had some medical problems that required blood work from my doctor so didn't go to use it earlier because it would have been redundant and those test were covered by insurance. So buyer beware. Also be prepared to be constantly bombarded with emails.

Some of my purchased plan expired after 2 years. Their customer service rep. did explain to me I didn't received the email since I am opted out of email communication in their system and they decided to extend the plans I purchased for another 2 years.

Great products and even better customer service!

As a traveling Triathlete who has raced 50 x 70.3s and 25 x 140.6s around the world, InsideTracker has been one of the biggest "Game Changer" for Triathletes.

We as Triathletes are notoriously famous for being the "most healthiest unhealthy people" for having the tendency to over-train and under-recover.

Taking health 'snapshot' through InsideTracker's tests allows you to get a picture of your health, to validate your training volume, training intensity, rest schedule, nutrition, stress-management, and controllable factors such as sleep, diet, and supplementation.

Having taken many tests, I now know how my body works, and can make educated guesses on what my biomarkers are impacted, when I am feeling not at 100%.

I definitely recommend all Triathletes to get InsideTracker's test at least once, so you can have a better understanding of your body, so you can adjust your training intensity and volume accordingly.
