I was very happy with the amount of quality of data I got from InsideTracker. I invest in many health/wellness tests and services, but some are not as useful and many have horrible interfaces.
I was quite impressed with the user experience of the InsideTracker app, it's well put together, flows nicely and is easy to follow.
I got some interesting insights that were helpful in addition to my other test results. I will definitely continue doing these tests every so often.
The price is reasonable and mobile blood draw was very convenient and easy to arrange. I think it's worth it to monitor progress.

I had my blood test. I have wanted to discuss them with a live human being. That has been difficult.
I’ve found the recommendations and analysis of the results to be generic. And actually not accurate.

Inside Tracker gets a solid "meh" from…
Inside Tracker gets a solid "meh" from me. Doesn't sync with my whoop so my activity data can't be counted properly. Entering my bloodwork did not give me any more insight than my PCP, or any of the hundreds of online wellness calculators. Not really seeing the value here.

While we do not integrate directly with WHOOP at this time, InsideTracker's connection with Apple Health collects data from compatible third-party devices and apps that you record fitness information on. These often includes apps (like Strava, Nike Run Club, Peloton) and wearable fitness trackers (such as WHOOP).
InsideTracker can reflect third-party workout and health metric data back to you in the InsideTracker app. This means that workouts recorded on a third-party app which have an established connection to Apple Health will populate in your InsideTracker app Home screen and auto check you in for relevant exercise recommendations.
The recommendations you receive through InsideTracker are filtered specifically to you as an individual based on your current health profile (nutrition, supplements, exercise and lifestyle) and results of your blood work. Your optimal zone is calculated based on your unique inputs. We also aim to provide detailed descriptions and tips within each recommendation on how to best implement them into your life.
We value your feedback and would be happy to answer any other questions you may have. We are here to show you all that InsideTracker has to offer!

Inside Tracker helps me to see my blood results and many other things that many doctors don’t test for. I can clearly see what I need to work on to improve my health. I love the recommendations and videos to give me tips on what I need to do. This is the real deal guys!

The customer service from Inside tracker was amazing! They have been very informative and responsive with all of my inquiries.
I would have rated it higher; however, one of my biomakers were somehow was not done, having to wait about 4 weeks. Then was informed they were about about to retrieve it.

I am disappointed in Inside Tracker. When I had questions about the delay of my bloodwork results I couldn't reach I real person, just automated responses and bots in the chat. It doesn't seem worth it yet and I plan on canceling my membership.

$600 is a lot to pay for analysis of a…
$600 is a lot to pay for analysis of a blood test that (a) you already get from your doctor and (b) your insurance already pays for. In addition, every additional analysis costs extra $$$
Addendum: I got a reply to my review from InsideTracker saying their most expensive test is now $340. I don't see any way to reply to that, so here is my reply:
I indeed paid more than $600. I paid 4 payments of $151.52 (okay, one was only $151.51). For that, I got a blood test that overlapped about 75% with the standard panel I get from my doctor. I got an analysis and some suggestions. Those were really helpful, but not worth $600 when InsideTracker didn't even pay for the tests.
Also, the reply to my post suggests I shouldn't post about price because I was not unhappy with the product, but if I don't feel I am getting VALUE for the price, that is indeed part of the customer experience and should not be kept separate.

You may be one of the few that can get a panel like this tested through your doctor, as well as the ability to talk about diet, lifestyle, and supplements. That is not very typical currently. Looking at your comment, it doesn't appear that the star rating matches your feedback as it doesn't appear you had any issues with InsideTracker, but rather price was the issue. In our Membership model, the most expensive test now is $340, not $600. We'd love if you'd take a look around and see if our recent changes make more sense for you now.. We're always listening!

Easy to use & test, good info
Super useful info, you can use your HSA and get a ton more tests than I ever could through my doctor, who was even impressed by all the data.
