Worth every penny!
-Easy set up for blood draw.
-So much great information on things to add or change to help your biomarkers to become optimized.
-One of my markers told me to contact my dr and I am glad I did because she then did a blood draw and was concerned, I would have not known otherwise!
-I really LOVE the pro tips! They are customized as my husband is getting different ones due to our dietary needs.

It’s ok
The scheduling with the phlebotomist was a hassle and she showed up in the afternoon after I had been fasting all day. I didn’t receive any confirmation that my blood results had been sent off either. I didn’t receive an email when my DNA results came in so they had been ready for a few days before I remembered to check. Overall the process wasn’t the smoothest but not a deal breaker either. The results were insightful and in the end happy I did it. I have yet to start my supplements but hoping they help. I was in the middle of a health crisis which prompted me to do this. We did get a good discount for being a government worker however without that discount I think it would have been overpriced.

Reasonable. But I did one of the offers without a complete understanding that the other ( ultimate) was the one I need because there were a lot of markers not included in mine and ask for paying the difference between both programs and two times they told me that it was necessary to pay the whole price (489) and not the difference (100)

Mostly perfect
Everything perfect, but the app often does not start first, ahs to be restarted.
Also, when I need to see details in the app, it gets forwarded to web, that is okay, but the forwarded web advertise the app install the whole time with big banner on top of the screen that needs to be closed.

It was generally good, answered my questions. Application is easy to download and install. The overall process to sign up and set up my profile was straightforward.

Some of your recommendations are condradicting
Some of your recommendations are contradicting. One says to take more b12 and one says to take less. It’s linked to results that I’m red in so it’s made me really confused. Also, my dr says the ones in red are fine and your app said to see a dr so it’s a tad scary.

They send way too many emails
They send way too many emails. I have yet to find an account option to disable these communications, and the emails don’t have an unsubscribe option. I wish I had never signed up just so I could stop receiving emails from them.
Update: I emailed their support 2x (May 2 and May 10) to unsubscribe. I received confirmation that I was removed from the emailing lists. I received another marketing email on May 13. I mean, it’s a joke to me at this point.

I regret signing up for this. Total waste of $500+. Didn’t tell me anything new. And the lab near me was a complete mess which got it all started on the wrong foot. Customer support was not at all supportive. Save your money.

Disappointed
Disappointed, not too different from a regular bloodwork with the exception of the app and more Biomarkers. I was expecting more recommendations on what to do to improve those Biomarkers outside normal levels. Not worth the money
