The beautiful instrument was well presented and packaged so it was an exciting present for my Grandchildren to receive for Christmas.

Good quick delivery, plenty of communication re status of order

The drum arrived on time ! and I appreciated getting an email stating that you were busy and doing your best to get the product out.

I placed an order on December 3. I never received notice from the delivery service (DAO) that my product could be picked up. DAO cannot be reached by phone and they are unresponsive to email. I have sent more than 10 emails to Balmy and every time, they blandly respond that they'll investigate it. It's been over 1-month and I am wondering how legit this business is. I do not recommend ordering as it isn't guaranteed you'll get a product and then waste a month of your life following up. Not worth the hundred bucks I spent PLUS MY KID DIDN'T GET THEIR CHRISTMAS GIFT. And, from these comments, I am not the only one.

I love my new Balmy Drum kit & the beautiful music & sounds it makes & would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a unique musical instrument! ❤️🎶

Still waiting for my daughter's Christmas gift, that I ordered in the beginning of December... It is now New Year's Eve. All I've got is a "sorry we're late" e-mail - which is somewhat okay, but not when you have the capacity to keep sending me tons of ads by e-mail... Spend that energy on actually delivering on time instead of advertising and selling a product you can't deliver.

I appreciated the service, the communication keeping me in the loop on what was going on with the delivery and sending me e-books of new songs and a pair of drumsticks to keep me interested and energized while waiting for delivery.

Nul! Je n'ai rien reçu après 3 semaines d'attente. Le service client est inutile. Le service de livraison est difficilement joignable et ment. Je n'ai toujours pas été remboursée et il s'agit d'un cadeau de Noël. Bref fuyez!

Ordered on 24 November 2025. It is now 23rd December… was I the sucker who believed their hype… no drum … do not be fooled.. this is a scam … company said it reshipped the product and even though I told them I wanted a refund, still no product or refund… do not touch with a barge pole!!

Our little guy began playing immediately. Fun for 4-74!
