I am pleased to update my previous poor review. The Nursery furniture has finally arrived which looks great, good quality and easy to assemble.
I understand the problem was with the supplier outside of their control and not directly Bambinos & Beyond.
Shannon has been extremely helpful and generous in resolving the issue and the goodwill gesture for which we are truly grateful.

I’ve bought multiple items from Bambinos & Beyond. Each time I’ve been in to the shop to see items in person, spoken with a team member who has suggested the best recommendations for us based on our needs and tested them round the shop.

We went with the Egg3 for our everyday travel system which we love! It’s so smooth to push, it’s not clunky at all, looks great and it’s super easy to pack up in to the car. It’s really compact and only takes up half of the boot which means still lots of space for shopping or when we go away.

I’ve recently returned to purchase our holiday/travel stroller too. Our needs were light weight, easy to fold, cabin size and suitable from newborn stage. The team suggested 3 options and talked us through the features and reviews of each.
We settled on the ICandy Pip in Sunset which looks amazing! It’s cushioned too which some strollers are lacking!
I had seen a cheaper deal on this elsewhere which I mentioned and B&B price matched the deal for us.

Bambinos & Beyond will always be my go to for my little travel requirements!

ordered our pushchair and giant Giraffe on the 2nd February we doubled checked it wasn't on pre-order and they said no delivery was 7 - 10 days. weeks passed and we will hadn't received our pushchair or giraffe. I tried calling the store multiple times at different times of the day but they never ever answer the phone.

I managered to find a customer service email address and they just fobbed us off. eventually our pushchair was delivered 3rd March but still no giraffe. I emailed to see when the giraffe would be delivered and they said they was having issues with cuddle co but was expecting my order 6th March and they would update me asap. Monday comes and still no update... I emailed them and they said the order hadn't come to store and they would chase cuddle co again. By Thursday still no update so I've finally requested a refund.

I really dont know how this company is still in business. There customer services is useless they dont bother communicating or picking up the phone when customers are calling. And they cant fulfil orders they say they can. They just lie and ignore you.

I really wouldn't recommend Bambino and Beyond to anyone. The whole process has been a nightmare from start to finish!

I have used bambino’s and beyond a couple of times now and can truthfully say that there service is unmatched , I wanted to know if they were going to be stocking a pram that hadn’t yet been released , they contacted me to let me know when it came in stock and posted it out to me the next day.

My order arrived after following the courier online It was delivered at time and the driver was really nice and sociable
The actual baby swing is totally stunning I cannot wait for my grandson (not born yet ) to use it. The colour combo is very modern, the sounds it plays are great.

As a first time mum, I have been really overwhelmed with all the things I needed to buy for baby.
I came here with my mum at the start of January just to browse the selection and get an idea of what I like/need, and ended up making a huge purchase of just under £1000.
The shop itself is absolutely rammed with choice and different brands and show rooms, i was completely taken aback, and stuck for choice. Luckily, one of the ladies took the time to help me, explained some of the deals and showed the colour schemes and I felt confident enough to buy it near enough immediately. It was such a lovely experience and will definitely be back for more things.
They explained delivery may take a few weeks (which it took around 7), but they reassured me through emails that the items were on route and within a few days after the email, it was delivered.

I recently purchased a bedside crib mattress from Bambinos & Beyond and I couldn't be happier. The mattress is perfect—it fits the crib precisely with no gaps, and the quality is excellent.

The delivery was impressive; it arrived very quickly and I received regular updates throughout the process, so I knew exactly when to expect it.

What really set this experience apart, however, was the customer service. I actually made an error on my side, mistakenly thinking I had ordered a different item from them. Despite the confusion being my own fault, the Director was incredibly quick to respond. They were so helpful and went out of their way to try and resolve the issue for me immediately, even though the mistake was entirely mine.

It is rare to find such personal and efficient service these days. I would highly recommend Bambinos & Beyond to any parent looking for quality products and a team that truly cares about their customers!
