This is clearly a scam, there is no way to reach to support after the funds were frozen. They make no attempts to clarify the situation. Automatic replies are sent in bots and in response to emails.

All funds are frozen. All payments are declined. Impossible to have money back.

The company disabled all comm channels for requests on unfinished USDT topups: email replies with stub, online tickets are also down.

I sent 200 USDT topup on May, 1 -> Bankoff was suspended -> USDT was not converted to USD on my Bankoff card -> USDT tokens are still on their accounts!

Given that Bankoff still manages their USDT accounts (moves tokens somewhere from their TLfWQWHmbvwTi7d7MsaXpWSoNqpHufBPim ), I wonder why they prevent people from requesting their USDT back?

I used the web version bankoff.website. They didn't provide card details after I have topped up the balance. So I did not receive the card as they promised

Such an unreliable project Bankoff now became really bank off. All my assets got blocked without an notification. Now there's no option even to contact a support. Just be aware of this project.
