This is clearly a scam, there is no way to reach to support after the funds were frozen. They make no attempts to clarify the situation. Automatic replies are sent in bots and in response to emails.

Bankoff can reject the transfer and return the funds back.

That It's not like you wrote that the funds are frozen by the US government.
You have the right to reject the transfer.

On April 27, I withdrew money to the USDT wallet, but the money did not come, although my money was stored in USDT

Money was suspended, and simply stolen by BankOff. There are no any reply and odder how they can return the funds.

Reason is unknown, just show the some letter from VISA/STRIPE. Why my BOFF account is blocked? Because i’m Russian? This is worst discrimination ever.

Think about this service 10 times before you will send them your money.

If the statement from VISA/STRIPE was official, please show it to everyone.
