Hi Nathan,
We have a case open for you and your printer where you requested us to contact your IT team. Your IT team was contacted on the same day you brought your issue to our attention, the 29th of January, but we have not received a response from either you or your IT team. The case is still open and awaiting your response. We would be more than happy for you to call or respond to before mentioned email anytime during the day and get dedicated support.
We greatly value customer satisfaction here at barcodes.com.au. We understand there has been a miscommunication within your team but would appreciate if you could refrain from falsely accusing us without attempting to get in touch first. We are available through email or phone call.
We have forwarded the email to you again, in case you have missed it.
We are always happy to help,
The barcodes team.
