Habe 2 Designersessel online bestellt,dann kam ein Mail das die artikel nicht mehr an lager sind,aber sie können sie bestellen,es geht einfach etwas länger. War für mich kein problem,die Sessel sind jetzt da und ich bin mit Komunikation,Lieferung und Preis sehr zufrieden!

Ordered a table. The product is great, but your warehouse manager needs to be changed. The order was not processed for 2 weeks. I had to call you in order for you to call the warehouse to do their job and process my order for delivery. Delivery was great also. Only warehouse sorting time was bad

Defective Product, Poor Customer Service – Not Worth the Premium Price
We ordered a very expensive Mogg sideboard through Barthome, which arrived damaged. Both the outer and inner packaging were completely intact with no visible signs of damage, meaning the defects were pre-existing. We carefully documented all damage with photos and descriptions, then repeatedly attempted to contact Barthome to resolve the issue.
When calling their support line — where English-speaking service is advertised — we were instead told rudely in Italian to send an email. Despite submitting thorough documentation and a detailed description of all defects, we are not being taken seriously. Barthome is now attempting to attribute multiple damage points to transport, which is simply not supported by the evidence.
Given the order value of several thousand euros, we expected a significantly more professional approach to customer care and claims handling. Unfortunately, we are now left with no choice but to pursue legal representation.
A deeply disappointing experience. We would not recommend purchasing through Barthome for high-value items.

Please note that for shipments of large and delicate furniture items, certain documentation is necessary to properly investigate the issue and determine the cause of the damage. As soon as we receive the requested materials, we will immediately proceed with the claim and work toward a solution as quickly as possible.

I ordered 2 design chairs and 1 arrived…
I ordered 2 design chairs and 1 arrived damaged. They don't take responsibility and refuse to resolve the issue and just stopped responding, ignoring consumer rights. Very bad company.
27-01-2026. Regarding their response: Their response perfectly illustrates why this is a poor company to deal with. Instead of taking responsibility, they place the blame on the consumer, claiming the chair was damaged (damage is not only a small incision) upon opening.
Communication was ignored/ stopped entirely. It appears that only public reviews prompt a reaction.
For clarity: BartHome, multiple attempts were made to contact you, all of which were ignored. If you truly stand by what you have written, you are welcome to contact me within 2 days to resolve this matter. Should it be resolved properly, I am more than willing to amend this review.

You received the chair in perfect packaging. Only upon opening it did you notice a small incision on the backrest (which could have been caused during opening).
We asked you to send the chair to our address for a full refund or to keep it and receive a partial refund, but we never received any response from you.
We are always at your complete disposal... hoping to find a solution despite the time that has passed.

Wir haben zwei Küchen für unsere vermieteten Wohnungen gekauft und sind rundum begeistert! Von der Planung über die Abwicklung bis hin zur Lieferung und Montage hat alles absolut professionell funktioniert.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön an den Innenarchitekten Herrn Butticè, der uns mit viel Geduld und Kompetenz – sogar per Videoanruf – jederzeit zur Seite stand. Seine Beratung war hervorragend und hat wesentlich zum perfekten Ergebnis beigetragen.
Ebenso möchten wir die beiden Monteure Herrn Casa und Herrn Farrugia lobend erwähnen. Sie haben beim Aufbau der Küchen großartige Arbeit geleistet und bewiesen, dass sie wirklich „goldene Hände“ haben. Trotz kleiner baulicher Herausforderungen vor Ort in Frankfurt am Main haben sie mit viel Geschick und Improvisationstalent alles perfekt umgesetzt.
Wir können Bartolomeo Arreda 2.0 uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – hier stimmt einfach alles: Qualität, Service und Kompetenz!

Guter Kundenservice
Bei dem Kauf eines Bettes wurde ich durch den Kundenservice (Francesca) hervorragend durch den gesamten Bestellprozess (Wahl der Ausführung, Stoffe etc.) begleitet.
Die Lieferung verzögerte sich aufgrund der Sommerferien um einige Wochen, wobei ich jedoch stets bestens über den weiteren Verlauf informiert wurde. Ich werde aufgrund meiner sehr positiven Erfahrung sicherlich auf das Angebot von Barthome zurückkommen.
