Very bad level of customer service. We had to change the delivery address and they refused to do it, giving absolutely no explanation about why it was not possible. During the time of the decission, the product was in a wharehouse in Madrid....a total nonsense. The transportation company had no problem at all in managing the change address. We will definitely not work with them again, At the end, we had to pick up our own product and pay an extra cost due to this inflexible and incomprehensible attitude.

Two custom-made designer armchairs – double disappointment.

I ordered two high-end armchairs from Barthome. Both arrived with visible damage to the wooden armrests, and even worse: the leather color is completely different from what was communicated via WhatsApp and suggested on the website.

I firmly believe I was deliberately misled by the product presentation on Barthome’s website. The leather color code CR01 is shown in a way that drastically differs from the official Ditre Italia configurator, which I was specifically referred to during the ordering process.

Despite providing clear photo documentation of the damages, the company’s initial response completely ignored the issue of physical defects. Instead of offering a proper solution or replacement, I was offered a color touch-up kit and a minor refund – which is completely unacceptable for a made-to-order premium product.

I feel deceived and abandoned as a customer. Anyone buying from a company like Barthome expects quality, integrity, and accountability – none of which were delivered in my experience.

Never again.

Everything was great!!!Absolutely perfect!

Wir haben nach einem roten Tisch gesucht und bei Barthome einen gefunden. Francesca hat uns einen guten Preis angeboten und wir haben zugeschlagen. Es hat eine Weile gedauert bis der Tisch bei uns angekommen ist und leider waren zwei Ecken der Tischplatte beim Transport beschädigt worden. Nach der Reklamation wurde uns eine Ersatzlieferung schnell zugesagt. Jetzt ist die neue Tischplatte eingetroffen und wir sind sehr zufrieden 😀

A beautiful sofa and an incredible experience!
I ordered an outdoor sofa and a coffee table — quite the adventure, as it traveled all the way from Sicily to my home in Bavaria. Throughout the entire process, I was incredibly well taken care of. Communication was fast and super friendly, with quick responses via WhatsApp. The sofa was even delivered earlier than expected by a professional freight company. Everything went perfectly. I can wholeheartedly recommend Bartolomeo Arreda!

Ho acquistato un tavolino Bizzotto, dopo aver avuto un cordiale contatto telefonico con l'assistenza clienti molto disponibile, mi hanno addirittura mandato le foto del tavolino che era in mostra. Il prodotto è ottimo, il prezzo concorrenziale, la spedizione rapida e l'imballo a prova di corrieri maldestri. Consiglio a tutti di acquistare presso questo negozio.

Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza assurda, non per colpa del venditore però, che invece merita piena comprensione.
Acquistiamo un tavolino da caffè di noto marchio italiano, dopo i lunghi tempi di produzione (comunque annunciati), arriva danneggiato, ma proprio sverniciato e perciò inutilizzabile. Contattiamo il venditore che chiede una prima sostituzione, che arriva dopo un mese, ANCORA di nuovo danneggiato con danni della stessa tipologia. Al terzo tentativo, dopo un altro mese, arriva il tavolino perfetto.
Il servizio clienti di BartHome è stato veloce e ha risposto sempre costantemente, tenendoci aggiornati sul prodotto. Il prezzo era il più vantaggioso del mercato e i prodotti sono stati sempre spediti in maniera più che accurata, nessun danno è stato riportato durante il trasporto.

Conoscevo il prodotto per averlo visto dal vivo. L'ho ordinato durante il black Friday ad un prezzo molto vantaggioso. Francesca dello staff Barthome mi ha dato tutte le spiegazioni di cui avevo bisogno. Per miei motivi ho chiesto una consegna più lunga dei tempi standard. Una volta ricontattati per la consegna i tempi sono stati rispettati e il prodotto, che ho montato io, era in perfette condizioni. Direi che Barthome ha fatto perfettamente il suo lavoro.

Somos de españa y arriesgamos en comprar un mesa que nos gustó y aqui no está,lo hicimos con miedo al principio porque el valor de la mesa es bastante alto aunque es de mucha calidad de un diseñador italiano y arriesgamos y compramos! Ha tardado 3 meses en llegar aunque eso ya lo sabiamos puesto que lo pone que es bajo pedido y que tarda meses...Cuándo nos llego resulto ser otro producto del que pedimos 😥Les escribimos y a la semana siguiente nos mandaron la mesa,por ese error no pongo 5 estrellas...El trato con ellos ha sido bueno y solucionaron el error y por fin tengo la mesa!😊

Esperienza molto positiva!!! All'inizio ero un po' titubante acquistare a lunga distanza (online) pur conoscendo il prodotto... Ma contattando Bartolomeo arreda e parlando con loro mi hanno dato fiducia oltre ad un prezzo estremamente competitivo. Ricevuto il divano oggi e già montato...tutto perfetto!!!
In più mi hanno incluso un carinissimo omaggio !!!

Nous sommes en octobre, je les relance sans cesse, ils refusent de re tenter un renvoi et me promettent un remboursement depuis juillet que je n’ai toujours pas. Procédure judiciaire en cours, pas le choix… à fuire
