Barton Supplies Ltd Reviews

Very friendly and helpful with first time visit to their showroom which has a wide range of fireplaces and good detail, very happy with our purchase of a fire for our media unit and would highly recommend a visit.

Great communication and service throughout, would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a log burner installed in the Bedfordshire area.

Excellent advice and service. Trouble free removal of old fireplace and installation of new electric fire and marble fireplace.
Competitively priced.

Excellent advice and service, stove held in stock until we were ready to install. Highly recommended

The showroom has an excellent range of fires supported by very knowledgeable staff - no hard sell but came up with options & solutions.
Would highly recommend.

Everything was handled well From the initial visit to the excellent installation Very well satisfied

We first bought our stove around 13 years ago. Then this year the glass cracked. We got quotes from Barton, for either fixing it in situ, or bringing the door in with the cracked glass. We chose the latter. It was good service, no fuss n we can't wait to light the first fire if this autumn 2026.

Very pleased with Barton Supplies. Cliff was excellent at advising me on which stove to go for and I followed his advice. I have 2 fires from Barton Supplies and I am delighted with both of them. Both work great and fit beautifully. Sean who does the fitting is an exceptional, highly compliant and thorough tradesman. I longed for a Log Burner and Cliff chose the right one for my room. Great company and very experienced personnel at Barton Supplies. You won’t look back.

Excellent service/installation/aftercare. The “team” at Barton Supplies were all helpful and gave knowledgeable advice.

Cliff, the Barton team and installation by Sean was a pleasant experience from start to installation on 18/12/25. Professional and knowledgeable throughout. Everything was taken care off with great care and diligence. A family business who have a great team and take pride in their work. Our installation was done on a miserable cold day with none stop rain, nonetheless we received a professional clean installation. Love our stove, thanks for help and patience in narrowing down choice!

Great service, competitive prices, informative, helpful throughout the process.

Ensured gas safe regulations were followed and adhered to.

Apart from an initial mix-up with dates our experience with the delivery and installation of both the wood burner and the electric fire was excellent - delighted with both items - thankyou.

Very friendly and knowledgeable and good showroom.
Willing to help and no sales push at all.
Excellent service as needed a new marble back panel and managed to match almost identical to previous.

All staff very helpful when we were trying to choose a fire. Choice of fire and the slate we required were very good.
Steve the fitter was excellent giving us further ideas.

Service and fitting very good.
Even matched internet price for Fire.

Great service, they went over and above in the refurbishment of my old stove. It came back looking brand new the staff were friendly and helpful.

Really friendly team that cleaned up superbly and gave plenty of tips and advice on using the fire.
The work was done quickly and with the minimum of fuss and unforeseen challenges like a crumbling chimney stack was dealt with in good order.
The fire looks great and we couldn't be happier.

I found this company very friendly and helpful , lots of options to choose between, I’m very happy with my the whole experience

Thanks to Cliff at Barton Supplies I now have a fully functional gas fire again. They successfully sourced an obsolete flue for my original fire and their engineer, Sean, rang to agree an installation date. Sean was professional, polite and considerate with my home. The fire fits and works better than it ever did. Thank you Barton Supplies.

Lovely family run business great people & very helpful wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them
