Bought the Multipanel Corten Elements Linda Barker Shower Panel from Bath And More as they had the best price on the Internet. And i can't the company or the product. Bath and More couldn't have been more helpful, especially when I realised id ordered the wrong size and needed their assistance to return them. 10 out of 10 for Martin who was always available for a call at every step of the process.

The Bathroom & More folks provided excellent communication and a next day replacement of a faulty trim as supplied direct from the manufacturer.

I ordered a freestanding traditional soap dispenser: it took a while to despatch, but did arrive within the stated time-frame. Happy with the price & quality.

The delivery was delayed due to an issue with Parcel Force but Bath & More quickly resolved the issue and kept me up to date. Great customer service.

Delivery slot was between 2-5pm with a call 1 hour before arrival. No call was received and delivery turned up at 6pm.
Delivery was incomplete. I was told by the driver that the remaining panel was not at the depot and it would be delivered the next day. It didn’t arrive. I contacted the supplier the next working day and was told that I had signed for all items as received and next time I should check. I have a doorbell camera so I have proof of what was delivered and when. The proof of delivery provided by the supplier shows a squiggle for a signature timed at 8:52pm, almost 3 hours after the delivery.
Three of the panels had minor damage to the corners and edges.
Two of the panels have defects with the pattern design colour in the same place. It shows like a broken white diagonal line. Presumably an issue during manufacture.
My issues with the delivery, missing item and defects are yet to be resolved.
Update - I have forwarded my emails to date to sales @ bathandmore.co.uk as requested but I am yet to receive a response.

Exactly the radiator i needed. Good price and fast delivery.

Bought 2 corner radiators from you. One was ok but the other had no holes drilled to let water in or let air release. Plumber had to drill holes in this for it to work. Plumber said he had never came across this in all his time as a plumber.

Excellent service , nature wall panels were delivered quickly and in perfect condition by a friendly delivery driver who helped with getting them into the house.
I had 5 panels which were £150 each delivered , note that city plumbing £364.00 each!
Would use again, cheapest price on the internet.

The service provided by Bath & More was second to none, there was an issue with one of the items that were delivered. Which was quickly and efficiently dealt with by the customer service team.

Great customer service. Fantastic products had an issue with the delivery which is not done by the firm. The guys from the store were great in getting it sorted for me. Not long finished the bathroom hence delay in review. Would definately use again.

Having found Bath & More it was very easy to order and schedule the delivery. Delivery was completed within a few days. When I needed extra materials again it was quickly delivered for a modest cost

The Fibo bathroom panels were great & at a good price.
We bought 5 panels which came as 2 pairs, packed face to face in shrink wrap plastic & a single panel safely packed in cardboard. I was far happier with the panel packed in cardboard than those just in shrink wrap, whose edges had no protection what so ever. Luckily ours weren't damaged, but they so easily could have been.
I was disappointed with the colour matching of panels! There were no batch numbers on the panels & as the pairs were packed face to face, there was no way Bath & more could check them other than unpacking them before despatch! This is really a problem with Fido, who just say 'check shade before installing', which is a bit impractical after being shipped miles to someone's house!!
We had a slight shade difference between panels.
