Review zonder uitnodiging
Horrible service
Horrible service, it is always hit or miss to get a good cleaning person. Many times I had to clean up after the cleaning. When you finally get a good cleaner, they don't last long as they find other jobs (don't blame them as it must be horrible to work for Batmaid).
In addition, they often cancel your cleanings last minute or their automated scheduling puts it on a holiday and then they realize the day before and cancel you. On the other hand, if you have to cancel even a week in advance they have terrible options for rescheduling and will charge YOU a cancellation fee.
Don't waste your time or money with this company. I deeply regret trying to make their services work for me for the last years.
